摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas shutoff apparatus by which the measuring interval of a pressure measurement can be changed and by which a pressure drop according to a situation is detected. SOLUTION: By a measuring-interval signal D which is held by a measuring- interval holding part 6, a pressure-measuring instruction part 5 outputs a pressure measuring signal A to a pressure measuring part 2. A gas pressure B, in a gas passage, measured by the pressure measuring part 2 is input to a pressure-drop judgment part 3. When the gas pressure B is at a prescribed value or lower, a measuring-interval change signal C is output, and a measuring interval which is held by the measuring-interval holding part 6 is changed. When a state that the gas pressure is at the prescribed value or lower continues the prescribed number of times or higher, the pressure-drop judgment part 3 outputs a pressure increase signal E to a shutoff-valve drive part 4, and the gas passage is closed by a shutoff valve 7.

SOLUTION: An interface 25 is provided with a photo transistor 61 as a first photoelectric converting part and a photo diode 63 and the interface 49 is provided with the photo diode 67 as the second photoelectric converting part and the photo transistor 69. When communication is executed from a meter 11 to the network controller 7, the photo diode 67 is turned on/off in accordance with a signal from CPU 47 and the photo transistor 61 receives light emitted from the photo diode 67, converts it into an electric signal and transmits it to CPU 27. When communication is executed from the network controller 7 to the meter 11 on the contrary, the photo diode 63 is turned on/off in accordance with the signal from CPU 27 and the photo transistor 69 receives light from the photo diode 63, converts it into the electric signal and transmits it to CPU 47.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect states of opening and closing of a gas emergency trip valve with a saved power and also to discriminate easily disconnection or a short circuit in a part from the valve to a drive circuit. CONSTITUTION:A limiting drive circuit 8 provided separately from a drive circuit 4 of a gas emergency trip valve 1 is driven immediately after opening or closing of the valve 1, or on other occasions, a transient response waveform produced by a limiting resistor 9 is detected by a transient response detecting part 12 and the result of the detection is detected by a control part 18. In other words, a difference in an equivalent inductance 3 between states of opening and closing of the gas emergency trip valve 1 is detected from the transient response waveforms of the limiting resistor 9 provided separately and of the equivalent inductance 3 and the opening or closing of the valve 1 is detected therefrom. By shifting the timing of checking of the transient response waveform by a transient response abnormality detecting part 19, moreover, failures of disconnection and a short circuit in a part from the value 1 to the drive circuit 4 are discriminated easily.
