    • PURPOSE:To make welding quality constant in desired forms despite generation of pickups by comparing the resistance during welding and reference welding resistance, and increasing the output from the welding output in the reference welding by a prescribed rate with respect to an increased component of the resistance. CONSTITUTION:In the stage of regular welding, a firing circuit 14 receives the outputs of a temporary storage circuit 12 for resistance during regular welding and a proportional constant operating circuit 13, operates the firing angle theta in regular welding sequence and controls the outputs in such a way that thyristors SCR1, SCR2 are fired at theta. A resistance comparator 15 compares initial resistance R0, the resistance R of the arbitrary welding time, and the resistance Rx of the time when tensile shearing stress decreases sharply, and when the preset Rx is attained, said circuit applies a signal to a display instructing circuit 16 which in turn instructs the operator to interrupt welding by an alarm signal with a lamp, buzzer or the like. According to the signal of the circuit 15, the firing angle signals to the thyristors SCR1, SCR2 are interrupted by opening a switch S2 whereby the welding is interrupted.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain good and homogeneous results of welding by detecting interelectrode voltage at every cycle of electricity conduction during the course of welding, intergrating the same, comparing this with the integrated value of the interelectrode voltage obtained in the stage of a test mode and subjecting said voltage to feedback controlling in accordance with the difference thereof. CONSTITUTION:The interelectrode voltage during resistance welding is detected and is converted to a digital value which is inputted to a microcomputer. A test mode is set, and the digital value of the interelectrode voltage during good welding is integrated at every electriciy conduction cycle and is stored in the microcomputer. Next, an automatic controlling mode is set, and the integrated value of the interelectrode voltage of each electricity conduction cycle is compared with the value in said stage and the differential voltage E thereof is determined. The increase or decrease value theta of the conduction angle of the thyristor in an electric power source circuit is operated by the relation theta=K.E (K: variable set constant) between said value and said differential voltage E, and in accordance with the difference thereof, it is fed back, and is so controlled as to approach to said theta=K.E.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of welding work without requiring skilled operators in a titled controller by providing an integrating circuit for the voltage between tips, a reference device, etc. and making the welding time long stepwise at every fall of said integrated value down to stepwise reference values or below. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an integrating circuit 6 which determines the integrated value of the voltage electrode tips 3 and 4 in the prescribed electrictity conduction cycles between said tips after the start of welding or the voltage between the tips up to the prescribed electricity conduction cycle, a reference device 8 which generates stepwise reference voltages, a comparator 7 which compares said integrated value and the reference voltage of the device 8, a timer time regulating circuit 9 which controls the welding time stepwise, etc. The device is so constituted that a switch SM is controlled with the circuit 9 in accordance with the output of the comparator 7 so a to make the welding time long stepwise at every fall of said integrated value down to the stepwise reference voltage or below. In this way, the good weld quality is obtained without requiring skilled operations.

    • PURPOSE:To perform optimization controlling during welding and homogenize the welding quality by detecting the voltage between electrode tips during welding, determining the desired welding effective current value from the integrated value thereof then desired firing angle, and converting the firing angle of a control rectifier element to said value. CONSTITUTION:The voltage between electrode tips 3, 3' of a resistance welding machine incorporating a rectifier element 1 for controlling welding output is detected, and the integrated value between half cycles of every cycle up to an arbitrary set electricity conduction cycle is determined with the 1st integrating circuit 6. Next, this 1st integrated value is integrated with the 2nd integrating circuit 7 from 1 cycle up to an arbitrarily set electricity conductive cycle. This 1st or 2nd integrated value is inputted to the 1st function circuit 8, and from the circuit 8, a desired welding effective current value is outputted. Next, a desired firing angle signal is generated by the 2nd function circuit 9 inputted with said effective current value. thence, the firing angle of the element 1 set before the start of the welding is changed to the above-mentioned desired firing angle by a firing circuit 10 receiving said signal.

CONSTITUTION:In the consumable arc welding power supplying device provided with a plural number of control rectifier elements 2, shorted arc reconinizing discriminator circuit 8 identifies whether the output terminal of the power source is under arc condition or short-circuit condition. Circuit 8 outputs signal X1 which identifies shorted section to shorted time control rectifier element group continuity angle control circuit 9, and circuit 9 generates control signal X3. Circuit 8 also outputs arc time recognizing signal X2 to arc time control rectifier element continuity angle control circuit 10, and circuit 10 generates control signal X4. Moreover, reference continuity angle set circuit 11 outputs signal X5 which adjusts average set value of continuity angle. Each of these signals, X3, X4 and X5 is input into the combined circuit to output signal X6, and also input into ignition control circuit 13 to generate signal 7 which controls direct control retifier element group 2.

    • PURPOSE:The power source device which comprises connecting a 3-phase full wave rectifying circuit to the secondary side of a transformer of constant voltage characteristics and inserting the specified unsaturated inductance element between the output side thereof and an electrode and which hardly requires output regulation in gouging. CONSTITUTION:The transformer is constituted by the delta connection composed of a primary col 12, iron core 11, secondary coil 13 having output fetch point 14 of secondary high tap part, etc. and has constant voltage characteristics. A 3-phase full wave rectifying circuit 15 constituted by six diodes is connected to the secondary side and an unsaturation type inductance element 16 of about 200muH in inductance value is inserted via cable 17 of 30m between said circuit and a gouging electrode 6. G, E are let (+) side and (-) side output terminals respectively. As a result, the value 200muH of the element 16 is set adequate for gouging by the separate calculations and unlike conventional methods, there is no need for output regulation at the changing of electrode diameters, etc. and the depth of gouging groove may be varied as desired.
