摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition and laminate consisting of a saponification product of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and mixture of crystalline semi-aromatic polyamide and amorphous semi-aromatic polyamide, having excellent workability and gas barrier properties and capable of carrying out retort sterilization. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composition consisting of (A) 50-95wt.% saponification product of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 20-60mol% ethylene content and >=95mol% saponification degree of vinyl acetate and preferably containing 0.0001-0.5mol% vinylsilane and (B) 50-5wt.% mixture containing B1: crystalline semi-aromatic polyamide consisting of xylylenediamine and 3-10C aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and B2: amorphous semi-aromatic polyamide consisting of aromatic dicarboxylic acid (preferably isophthalic acid of mixed acid of isophthalic acid and terephthalic acid) and 3-10C aliphatic diamine at a weight ratio of 10/90-90/10. The objective laminate containing the above- mentioned composition in at least one layer (preferably intermediate layer) is suitable for packaging of retort food.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase mechanical strength and reduce manufacturing cost by applying a rubber layer with a layer consisting of a composition of each specific amount of blended specific ethylenevinyl acetate copolymer and polyamide resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition is prepared which consists of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponification produce A with an ethylene content of 20 to 60mol% and a saponification rate of 90% or more and polyamide resin B blended at the weight ratio of 95/5 to 30/70 for A and B respectively. Next, at least, a single layer of the afore-mentioned resin composition is formed on a rubber layer. Thus hose for coolant gas is manufactured. When the resin composition layer and the rubber layer are laminated, the former can be provided as the inner layer or outer layer or intermediate layer of rubber hose. The hose for refrigerant gas obtained has superior gas barrier property against fron 22 gas.

Further, as the gas barrier resin, vinyl alcohol-based resin and vinylidene chloride-based resin are exampled. Furthermore, as the heat sealing layer, high- density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene and the like are exampled. Thus, both the flotage retaining power and the shape retaining power can be improved.

An ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer is meltextruded with an extruder, and component A is fed to the extruder to purge component B remaining in the path of the molten resin.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance heat resistance and gas barrier characteristics by biaxially orientating a raw fabric constituted of at least five layers consisting of a polyester layer/a bonding resin layer/ an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer layer/a bonding resin layer/ a polyester layer and then heat treating under given conditions. CONSTITUTION:A raw fabric constituted of at least five layers consisting of a polyester layer/a bonding resin layer/an EVOH layer/a bonding resin layer/a polyester layer is biaxially oriented. It is important that the thickness constitution over the polyester layer and the EVOH layer should satisfy the Formula I. It is also important that the heat treatment temperature should satisfy the Formula II and the heat treatment time should satisfy the Formula III. A good laminated extensible film is manufactured by making the thickness of the EVOH layer at the time of heat treatment as 2-20 mu. Saturated polyester which can be oriented biaxially can be used as the polyester resin to be utilized and polyethylene terephthalate is most suitable. Also, the melting point of the bonding resin should be lower than that of the EVOH, and should preferably be higher than the room temperature.

At least one side of a layer consisting of this composition is provided with a thermoplastic resin layer to give a thermally drawn multi-layer structure.
