    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve welding quality by improving the accuracy of positioning of the target position of a laser beam on a weld groove without losing the advantage of a one-path welding by a laser in a method and an equipment of the laser beam welding of a steel pipe. SOLUTION: A welding truck 10 on which a laser welding means is mounted is inserted into steel pipes 11 and 11 and is run and stopped at a position where the steel pipes are in a fit-up and almost abutted, the center line of the rotation of a rotational supporting body 16 supporting the laser beam welding means so as to be rotatable around the axis of the steel pipes is made to approximately coincide with the center line of the axis of the steel pipes and fixed. The position of the welding groove of the steel pipes is detected with a sensing device 35 mounted on the rotational supporting body by rotating the body. The position of the welding groove is calculated for each welding posture on the basis of the detected result. Welding is performed by irradiating the position of the welding groove by a laser beam with a laser beam welding means by rotating the rotating supporting body while the laser beam welding means is one-dimensionally controlled so as to be moved along the center line of the rotation of the rotational supporting body in exact timing of the rotation of the rotating supporting body by using the calculated data of the position of the welding groove after the laser welding means is moved and adjusted along the center line of the rotation of the rotating body until the center of rotation reaches the calculated beginning position of the welding.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sequentially demolish a building from the lowermost floor by disposing frames in such a manner as to clamp all main posts of a structure, installing load receiving beams on each frame, and providing an elevating means for supporting the beams. SOLUTION: A support base plate 4 is integrally formed on the lower side of paired frames 1 of a box structure which is higher than the height of one story, and the front and rear of which are opened 3. The inside of the frame 1 and the forward end part of a support base plate 4 are equipped with hydraulic cylinders 5, 6. Spherical seats 7 are provided on the upper parts of the cylinders 5, 6. Subsequently, a load receiving beam 9 is put on the seat and guided to be slid in such a manner as to go in and out. Further, an elevating position measuring means 17 is erected. Support base plates 4 are installed in such a manner as to clamp a main post of the structure in the building frame. On the ground level, the building is demolished from the lowermost story while upper stories are sequentially lowered. Thus, demolition work is enabled in all weather so as to perform continuous demolition work efficiency.
