    • PURPOSE:To perform stable sealing without generating change in structure and blowholes by attaching a cooling plate formed of copper to a palladium capillary except the sealing part at the tip, inserting a cooling bar formed of copper into the capillary according to need and sealing the tip of the capillary. CONSTITUTION:A drilled hole into which a palladium capillary 1 is penetrated is punched in a cooling plate 3 formed of copper and a capillary 1 is projected from the hole. A cooling bar 4 formed of copper is inserted into the capillary 1 according to need and a sealing part 2 projected therefrom is sealed. The cooling in the part 2 is thus accelerated, by which the generation of a change in the structure and blowholes in the part 2 is prevented and the shape in the part 2 is stabilized.

    • PURPOSE:To direct exactly the welding arc to the groove part of a pipe material, by controlling the driving and rotating of a holder and the driving of a slider and a carriage by the signal from a limit switch. CONSTITUTION:A guide rail 18 is provided to a slider 17 which is freely slidably engaged at both end parts with a guide rail 12 and an auxiliary rail 14 and is screwed to a feed screw shaft 13 connected to the 1st rectilinear driving motor 16; furthermore, a feed screw shaft 19 in parallel with the rail 18 is freely rotatably mounted thereto. Guide rails rectangular to the rails 12, 18 are protrusively provided to a carriage 21 screwed to the shaft 19 connected to the 2nd rectilinear driving motor 20 and further a holder 24 connected to a rotating and driving motor 23 is freely drivably and rotatably supported with a support plate 25 thereto.
