    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability, reduce the number of processes and rationalize construction without requiring the separation of a formwork and batter materials by mounting a finishing material or a finishing backing material on the outside face of a formwork weir plate and providing ribs or protrusions on the inside face for joining between the ribs or the protrusions of opposed formwork weir plates with a metal rod. SOLUTION: In a formwork used for the construction of vertical members such as columns and walls in a multiple dwelling house in a reinforced concrete structure, a formwork weir plate 1 injection-molded with synthetic resin such as polyethylene as raw material has vertically and laterally continuous ribs 3 integrally protruded on the inside face and a finishing material or a finishing backing material 2 consisted of a calcium silicate plate adhered and secured to the outside face. The formwork weir plate 1 also has a fitting protrusion 5 or a fitting groove 6 integrally formed on the rectangular outer periphery. The ribs 3 are provided with locking holes 7, the locking end 8a of a metal rod 8 is inserted in a locking hole 7 and stretched between the ribs 3 of the opposed formwork weir plates 1 and the formwork weir plates 1 are fastened with the metal rod 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safety during jack-up construction by a method wherein an earthquake insulation support arranged at the lower part of a jack-up rack is fixed during a time in which a building frame is built for a low story section and released when it covers a high story section to provide an earthquake insulation function. SOLUTION: An earthquake insulation support 9 is nipped between upper and lower bases 10 and 11, and a jack-up rack 2 is installed on the upper base 10. A hydraulic jack 6 is placed on a jack lower frame 8 and a building frame is erected 1 through a jack upper beam 7. Through repetition of expansion and contraction of the hydraulic jack 6, jack-up by a distance equivalent to the height of one story is effected and the building frame 1 is supported by the upper frame support material of a gate bar beam arranged on the upper part of a jack-up rack 2. Thereafter, a hydraulic cylinder 6 and jack upper and lower beams 7 and 8 are removed, a building is executed in such a manner that a lower floor story is suspended from the building frame 1. The hydraulic jack 6 is mounted on the lower part and through repetition of jack-up, construction is executed. The earthquake insulation support 9 is fixed by a steel frame in a low story section and released from fixing in a high story section to provide an earthquake insulation function.
