摘要： PURPOSE:To easily seal clearance between each of heat insulating material blocks by arranging an electric resistance wire on the contact surface of the heat insulating material block adiabatically covering the outer surface of piping and sealing clearance between each of the heat insulating material blocks by way of electrifying the electric resistance wire and hot welding the contact surfaces of the heat insulating material blocks to each other with exothermic of the electric resistance wire. CONSTITUTION:The contact surfaces of heat insulating material blocks 10 are hot welded to each other with exothermic of an electric resistance wire 11 by electrifying the electric resistance wire 11 provided on the contact surfaces of the heat insulating material blocks 10. Consequently, it is possible to easily and certainly seal clearance between each of the heat insulating material blocks 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To renew old pipes without exerting a bad influence on the neighboring pipe adjacent to the old pipes by providing a pilot pipe having an edge at its end and also to the rear of which new pipes are continuously arranged, a crushing body provided on the inner surface of the pilot pipe and having a reduced surface, a pilot pipe propulsion device, and an earth-and-sand discharge device. CONSTITUTION:A pilot pipe 1 to which new pipes Y are continuously arranged, a crushing body 2, a pilot pipe propulsion device 3 by which the pilot pipe 1 is pressedly moved forward from the rear, and an earth-and-sand discharge device 4 by which earth and sand taken in the inside of the pilot pipe 1 or the crushed pieces (x) of old pipes X are discharged to the rear outside of the pilot pipe 1 are provided. The pilot pipe 1 has an inside diameter larger than the maximum outside diameter part of the old pipes X, and at the end thereof, has an edge 11 of a taper surface 10. The crushing body 2 is of a ring shape, and the surface on the edge 11 side forms a taper-shaped reduced surface 20 which has been reduced in the axial direction of the pipe. As a result, no bad influence is exerted on the embedded piping adjacent to the old pipes.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce damages given to edges by causing a set of cutting tools to have a main relief angle to the surface of a pipe body such that the outside portion of the edge cuts earlier than the inside portion. CONSTITUTION:An edge part 102 formed on an end of a cutter body 101 is provided with a straight cutting tool 200 and a side cutting tool 201 alternately. The straight cutting tool 200 is located inside the cutter body 101 as viewed from the cutting surface side and a portion of an inclined surface in a cut groove of a main pipe is cut on the edge side of a main relief surface 202 contributing to the cut inclined toward the center axis of the body 101. The side cutting tool 201 is located on the outer surface side of the body 101 and inclined toward the inside of the body 101. A relief angle made by the main relief angle 202 of the straight cutting tool 200 is same to cut the remaining portion of the inclined surface of the cut grove on the edge side of the main relief surface 204 contributing to the cutting. Thus, since the edges to share the inclined surface of the cut groove for cutting, the cutting resistances of the respective cutting tools 200, 201 are lessened and damages are also reduced.
