    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate corrosion, and to facilitate job site work by arranging a resin coating film layer on the outside surface of a joint main body and a nut, projecting a cylinder body to the end part of a joint main body side resin coating film layer, and sealing/connecting a conduit pipe inserted into the outside surface of a bellows pipe through packing in/to a socket arranged in the end part of a nut side resin coating film layer. SOLUTION: In the connection with a metallic bellows pipe 4, first of all, a joint main body 1 and a nut 3 are set by sandwiching a spacer 5 in a state of being threadedly preengaged in the prescribed length. The bellows pipe 4 is inserted into a joint from the steel end part of the nut 3 by removing an outside surface resin coating film layer 41 of the connecting end part by the length of 4 to 5 crests from the end part. Since a crest 42 on the tip of the bellows pipe 4 pushes a projection 23 of a sleeve, after the sleeve 2 advances up to a locking position with the nut, the sleeve expands/contracts when the projection 23 is pushed by the wave crest of the bellows pipe in the locking position with the nut, so that the tip part of the bellows pipe 4 strikes on packing 13 of the airtight surface in a state of entering a first trough 43 to complete pipe inserting work.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stable displacement absorbing capacity over a long period of time by providing an L-shape flexible pipeline with flexible pipes of specified length connected almost in the right-angled direction through a joint part, and piping the L-shape flexible pipeline in the state of hanging down from both end parts so as to be freely movable in a piping pit. SOLUTION: Pipelines such as a feed water pipeline and a drain pipeline laid in a building 13 are connected to a main pipeline in the ground 14 by earthquake resistant pipeline 20, 30 inside a piping pit 15 at the lower part of the building 13. Flexible pipes 21, 22 of the feed water pipeline 20 are to be flexible pipes with strength against elongation formed by mounting bendable metallic protective pipes to the outside of bellows pipes made of stainless steel, and are connected in L-shape by an elbow joint 23. Flexible pipes 31, 32 of the drain pipeline 30 are to be rubber flexible tubes with strength against elongation formed by mounting a synthetic resin tube to the outside of a synthetic rubber tube, and are connected in L-shape by an elbow joint 33. The respective earthquake resistant pipelines 20, 30 are hangingly supported in almost V-shape with the respective elbow joints 23, 23 placed downward.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a polyethylene pipe to a cast iron pipe by reducing connecting work and working load in the site and simplifying a structure. SOLUTION: In a joint structure for connecting a polyethylene pipe 7 to a cast iron pipe 10 provided with a mechanical connecting part on one end, the mechanical connecting part is composed of a backup ring 3, a round rubber ring 4, a square rubber ring 5 which are sequentially mounted from the innermost side in an opening part, a pressing ring 15 to be brought into contact with the square rubber ring 5 and for pressing them to the axial direction innermost side, a bolt 17 and a nut 18 for connecting the pressing ring 15 to the cast iron pipe 10. A lock ring 1 in which a tooth part is formed on its inner surface and a taper outer surface is formed on the outer surface, and a collar ring 2 in which a taper inner surface to be fitted to the taper outer surface are mounted on the innermost side of the backup ring 3. When the polyethylene pipe 7 and the cast iron pipe 10 are fastened, the collar ring 2 is pressed to the innermost side by pressing of the pressing ring 15, and the tooth part of the lock ring 1 bites the polyethylene pipe 7. Therefore, a joint structure for connecting the polyethylene pipe to the cast iron pipe, in which a slip preventing locking part A for the polyethylene pipe 7 is constituted is provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shut-off joint for resin pipe which can shut off fluid in an embedded resin pipe speedily by screw-fitting a tap body in a female screw formed in a joint main body, removing a lid body mounted in an opening of the female screw of the joint main body, and closing it by an, operation tool inserted in the main body. SOLUTION: A tap body 20 has a male screw 21 and can move vertically and freely in a barrel part by screw-fitting in a female screw 11 of a joint main body 10. When a rubber cap 22 is mounted in a lower part of the tap body 20 and the tap body 20 is moved to a lower part, it is seated on a valve seat 12 of the joint main body and a valve port of the valve seat 12 is closed. A branch port of a female screw side part is released in a condition in which the tap body 20 closes the valve port to communicate a side part connection port 16 with a female screw opening 36 of an upper part of the barrel part. Such opening and closing operations of the tap body 20 are done by removing a lid body 30, engaging a lower end of an operation bar inserted through the female screw opening 36 in the upper part of the main body with a groove 23 on a top face of the tap body 20, and rotating the tap body 20 by this operation bar.

A male screw 54 screwed around the female screw 31 of the plastic pipe is arranged on the upper inner surface of the protecting pipe 50, a packing 20 which is screwed ion the plastic pipe 30 and mounted on the wave recesses/projection part of the metal bellows pipe 40 is compressed, and the packing 20 is sealed between the plastic pipe 30 and the metal bellows pipe 40.
