CONSTITUTION:A compressed air 1, being used as an air flow 20, is conducted into a cobustion liner 6, and mixed with an injected fuel from a fuel nozzle 10, to become burning with an ignition made by a spark plug 12. The combustion gas, after passing through a transition piece 8, is led to a first stage stator blade 14 to perform a work in the turbine. The air flow 20, with an outer wall 18 provided in the outside of the transition piece 8, is divided into an air flow 22 and air flow 21 that passes through a clearance 19, and the high speed air flow 21 works to operates a cooling of the transition piece 8.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the performance and operating property of a wind-up machine, by using a first-stage gear and gear supports made of oil-containing sintered alloy produced by powder metallurgy. CONSTITUTION:The first-stage gear 7 and the gear supports 20, 21 made of oil- containing sintered alloy produced by powder metallurgy are attached to a shaft 13 together with a steel ball 12, a striker 14, a push spring 18, a second-step pinion 19, etc. and assembled with a one-step pinion 6, which is rotated by an electric motor 1 that is controlled by a relay 4 and an electromagnetic brake 5. The first-step gear 7 and the gear supports 20, 21 are coupled to a sprocket 11 through a second- stage gear 8 and a third-stage gear 9 so that the first-stage gear 7 is driven. Because the first-stage gear 7 and the gear supports 20, 21 which are moved relatively to each other contain a lubricant in their material, they are thoroughly lubricated without being supplied other lubricants from the outside. The gear 7 and the supports 20, 21 are integrally shaped by powder metallurgy. As a result, the purpose is attained.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the construction and assembly of a limit switch mechanism, by installing a limit switch operating member and an elastic member which resists the swing of a limit lever, in prescribed positions. CONSTITUTION:A chain guide cylinder 50, which is made of rubber and resists the swing of a limit lever 40, is provided between the lower end of a chain guide 36 and the limit lever. The limit lever 40 is swingable attached to a stud bolt 46 provided between frames 20, 20. A leaf spring 56 is installed between a ball guide 20 and a limit switch 62 so that the leaf spring actuates the limit switch 62 when the spring is pushed back by a steel ball 55. As a result, the chain guide cylinder 50 for guiding a chain 38 acts as the elastic member for keeping the limit swith 40 horizontal. The limit switch 62 can thus be installed near the frame 20.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an arrangement for electric chain block, in which main framas are disposed on both sides of the load line, and rigidity of the main frames is increased through provision of an intermediate plate which also serves as support for bearing for a portion of reduction gears, whereby distortion or deformation of the gear box can be prevented, and the entire structure of the chain block can be simplified. CONSTITUTION:Main frames 2, 4 are disposed concentrically with a predetermined interval from each other, by means of stud bolt 21 threaded into flange portion 20 formed around outer peripheral portion of housing of motor 1. Rigidity of main frame 5 is increased by shaping the same by way of drawing, and it is fixed to the main frame 4 by means of the common fastening bolt, so that their positional relationship can be made accurate. On the other hand, an intermediate plate 32 is provided for serving as cover for gears and also as support for gears 3 operatively connected with motor shaft 6. One end of the intermediate plate 32 is engaged with the outer surface of bearing protruded outwards of the main frame 4, while the other end is fixed by stud bolt. Thus, structure of the main frames can be simplified. At the same time, a large load is supported by main frames 2, 4, so that rigidity of the entire structure of the gear box can be increased.
