摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce compressed air piping by installing a tank, which is charged with compressed air at all times, in a valve opening and closing device. CONSTITUTION:A tank 10 is installed to a valve opening and closing device 2, being connected to the device 2 through a pressure-reduction valve 11 provided between the solenoid valve 6 of the valve opening and closing device 2, and the tank 10. This tank 10 installed to the device 2 has an intake port 9 which can intake compressed air, and through which compressed air is sucked into the tank 10, to keep the tank 10 always charged with compressed air. Thereby, the valve opening and closing device 2 can be driven by using compressed air in the tank 10, reducing compressed air piping and simplifying an exhaust device.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress the displacement and vibration of risers and raise the mechanical strength of the coupled parts of the risers and commutator segments, by providing projections on the commutator segments at both the sides of riser insertion grooves and filling a material between the risers and the projections. CONSTITUTION:The projections 14 are provided on the commutator segments 2 at both the sides of the riser insertion grooves 13 in parallel therewith. The material such as solder, resin or cement is filled between the resers 1 and the projections 14 to eliminate gaps between them. Thus, the circumferential displacement and vibration of the risers 1 are suppressed and the mechanical strength of the coupled parts of the risers and the commutator segments 2 is raised.

摘要： PURPOSE:To follow a thermal expansion of the riser, reduce the thermal stress and prevent the production of a crack between the spacer and riser by providing flexibility in the radial direction to both ends of the spacer between the risers. CONSTITUTION:V-shaped grooves 14 are formed in both ends of the spacer inserted between the risers 6 in the axial direction of the rotary machine. A string 11 is put in the grooves to tie the riser and support ring 9 in one body. The cross-sectional area in both ends of the spacer is made less, that is, the stiffness is made less to give it flexibility. By this way, both the ends of spacer follow the thermal expansion of the riser, thermal stress is reduced in this part, the production of a crack between the spacer and riser can be prevented.

The cooling medium pressure-raised by a pressure rising device is cooled by the cooler 28, and circulation is performed for the axial central section of the stator core 2 from the outer periphery side to the inner periphery side of the stator core 2 through an air duct 15 communicating with the axial central section of the stator core 2.

SOLUTION: In this turbine generator, a cooling medium cooled by a main cooler 12a circulates toward the intake side of a fan 10, cooling a ventilation flue 26 by the rotation of the fan 10, and it is branched on the exhaust side into a ventilation flue 28 side and on a ventilation flue 29 side. The cooling medium branched to the ventilation flue 29 side circulates toward the main cooler 12a, and the cooling medium branched to the ventilation flue 28 side circulates toward a ventilation flue 33 side, is cooled by a subcooler 13a in the middle, joins to a cooling medium which flows from the ventilation flue 29 side, and circulates toward the main cooler 12a. Furthermore, the cooling medium cooled by a main cooler 12b also circulates symmetrically. Consequently, it is possible to level the axial temperature increase distribution of an air gap 5, comprising the ventilation flue 29 and a ventilation flue 32, and to suppress increase in the stroke of thermal oscillation of the rotor caused by uneven axial heat elongation of the rotor.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the unbalance of frictional force among each member, the shaft bending of a rotor and thermal deformation vibrations by making the length of a creepage block, one end of which is held to a retaining ring, longer than that of other creepage blocks. SOLUTION: A field winding 2 in a rotor drum section 9 is housed in a slot, and fixed by a wedge 3 through a creepage block 1A. That is, the field winding 2 and the wedge 3 and both ends in the axial direction of the creepage block 1A are held by a retaining ring 10. The length LCB of the creepage block 1A, one end of which is held to the retaining ring 10, is formed in size longer than the thermal extension range of the field winding 2 during rotating conduction and in size longer than the length of other creepage blocks 1B. Accordingly, the unbalance of frictional force among each member generated by the thermal extension of the field winding at end sections in the axial direction of a drum section in a rotor during starting operation can be reduced.
