摘要： PURPOSE:To allow production of diversified kinds in a small amount with relatively simple process by constituting the optical disk of an information recording layer consisting of a specific photopolymer agent for replicas and a replica substrate for holding the information record. CONSTITUTION:The photopolymer agent for replicas consists of the 1st polymer which is the acrylate or methacrylate expressed by formula I and contg. no polar group and benzene ring, the 2nd monomer which is the acrylate or methacrylate expressed by formula II and having low shrinkability on curing and the 3rd monomer which is the acrylate or methacrylate expressed by formu la III and having a low dilution viscosity, and a photopolymn. initiator of 1 to 10wt.% of the entire part. The weight rations of this photopolymer agent are the 1st monomer:the 2nd monomer:the 3rd monomer=5 to 30:20 to 70:10 to 60. This optical disk consists of the information recording layer consisting of the above-mentioned photopolymer agent and the replica substrate which holds the information recording layer. In the formula I, R1 is H or CH3; m is 1 to 3 integer; (a) is 1 to 6 integer; (b) is 0 to 6 integer; the sum of (a) and (b) is 6. The production process is simplified in this way and the production of diversified kinds in a small amount is facilitated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title artificial marble excellent in formability, low shrinkage and smoothness and >=25% in whole ray transmittance for its formed product 2mm thick by cast molding a mixture comprising an epoxy resin, acid anhydride curing agent, curing promoter and filler. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a mold is preheated and a releasant is applied inside the mold made up of a pair of top force and bottom force. Second, without the need for applying a resin surface layer inside said mold, a mixture comprising an epoxy resin, acid anhydride curing agent, curing promoter and filler deaerated under a vacuum is cast into the mold. Said epoxy resin is e.g., of bisphenol A glycidyl ether origin; said acid anhydride curing agent is e.g., phthalic anhydride; and said curing promoter is e.g., benzyl dimethylamine. Thence, the above mold is heated to cure the mixture to form a molded product which is then demolded and provided with aftercure to make a correction. As a result, the objective epoxy resin-based artificial marble >=25% in whole ray transmittance for its molded article 5mm thick can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain high reliability by consisting the above process of a 1st stage of a peeling a disk for reproduction of an information recording surface and a substrate, a 2nd stage of forming a thin film layer for recording and a 3rd stage of providing a curing type resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A photosetting type resin material 6 is injected between a stamper 4 and a flat plate 5 and is photoset by irradiation of ultra-high pressure mercury lamps, thereafter, the stamper 4 and the cured substrate are peeled in the 1st stage. A thin film for recording is formed by a spin coating method on the information transfer surface of the substrate in the 2nd stage. The resin similar to the resin of the substrate is formed by a spin coating method on the recording film and is subjected to photosetting in the 3rd stage. The curing type resin material is continuously cured under rotation while said material is irradiated with light, etc., from above and below on side sets 1a, 1b, 1c on the rotating body 2 in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd stages. The optical disk obtd. in such a manner has no warpage, has the good resistance to heat and moisture, has no double refraction and has C/N as good as 55dB.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the subject product with a low optical anisotropy and a high heat distortion temperature and excellent in stability against temperature and humidity, etc., by pouring a specified resin composition into a cavity composed of a transparent plate and a stamper and curing the resin composition with active energy rays. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition composed of unsaturated compounds respectively represented by formula I (R1 is H or CH3; R2 is -OCH2-CH2 or formula II; m+n is 2-8), formula III (R2 is formula IV or V) and formula VI (R1-R8 are H or CH3) is initially poured into a cavity composed of a transparent plate and a stamper. Active energy rays are then irradiated through the transparent plate and/or the stamper to cure the above mentioned composition, thus obtaining the objective product. In addition, e.g., 2,2-bis(4- methacryloxyethoxyphenyl)propane is used as the compound of formula I, e.g., tricyclodecanyl di(meth)acrylate as the compound of formula III and e.g., isoboronyl (meth)acrylate as the compound of formula VI respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable photoirradiation from both faces and to improve productivity by using a light transmissive stock for a mold for molding an optical disk substrate having rugged structure. CONSTITUTION:A resist layer 12 is formed on the light transmissive substrate 11 and the prescribed positions thereof are irradiated with light to form a resist pattern 14; thereafter, the film of the light transmissive material 15 is formed. The resist 12 is then removed and the light transmissive material 15 formed on the resist 12 is removed, by which the mold 16 for molding the optical disk substrate having the rugged structure is fashioned. This mold is reproduced. The optical disk substrate is produced by using the mold 16 for molding the optical disk substrate having the rugged structure obtd. in such a manner and curing a photosetting resin between said mold and a transparent press plate 17 by photoirradiation from both faces. The substrate for the optical disk which has the high productivity and does not warp is thus obtd.

The phenolic resin synthesized by using 1 or >=2 kinds of the inorg. acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, methaphosphoric acid, pyrophosphoric acid, orthphosphoric acid, etc., as a catalyst at 0.1-2.0wt% ratio with a raw material using phenols and formaldehydes at 1:0.4-0.95 ratio is used as the above- mentioned novolak type phenolic resin.

The acid anhydride hardeners expressed by the formulas I, II, III, IV are usable alone or in the mixture of >=2 kinds. The hardeners are compounded with the epoxy resin at 0.8-1.1 chemical equiv. ratio. The org. phosphorus compd. expressed by the formula V is preferably added to the compsn. at 1-10pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. in total of the epoxy resin, hardeners and hardening accelerator. The transparent substrate having high mechanical strength, accuracy and transparency is thereby manufactured.
