摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wiring board which is easy to manufacture and has a high degree of freedom in the layout of optical components, an optical bus system, and a method for manufacturing the optical wiring board. SOLUTION: The optical wiring board 1 is constituted by arranging an optical component, composed of a plate type light guide 3, a plurality of optical fibers 5 which are optically connected to a light incidence surface 3 of the light guide 3 through a transmission type diffusion plate 4, and a plurality of 2nd optical fibers 6 which are optically connected to a light projection surface 3b of the light guide 3, on a base substrate 2 and by sealing the optical component with a sealing member 7 made of resin.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wiring board and an optical wiring board laminate which can omit the clad layer of an optical sheet and reduce light loss. SOLUTION: A base substrate 12 is provided with the optical sheet 14 and optical fibers 16 and 18 and light beams which are made incident from the optical fibers 16 and 18 are transmitted through the optical sheet 14. A medium layer 28 of a medium with fluidity such as air and liquid is formed between the base substrate 12 and optical sheet 14 and this medium layer 28 serves as the clad layer of the optical sheet 14. This medium layer 28 is formed of a projection 32 provided to the base substrate 12. Light leaking from the optical sheet 14 can be stopped only at this projection part and prevented from being irregularly reflected.

SOLUTION: In the electrical/optical wiring board, a build up layer 4 is formed on both sides of a core layer 1, and electrical wiring 11 is applied to this build up layer 4. Moreover, an optical wiring layer 2 is provided in a part of the core layer 1, and a ground layer 3 is formed in at least either of an upper surface and a lower surface. An optical module 9 is arranged at a signal input and output part on one end of the optical wiring layer 2 having an inclined part so that it can be optically coupled. The light emitting element 7 and the light receiving element 8 are mounted on this optical module 9, and the module 9 is connected with electrical wiring 11 via a solder bump 10.

SOLUTION: A resource register 28 transmits a using situation signal (1: non-use, 0: use) in which the using situation of each channel is expressed with one bit per channel, and in which each bit from an MSB(most significant bit) to an LSB(least significant bit) is successively assigned to the channels from the channel whose amplitude is smaller to the channel whose amplitude is larger to a channel selecting part 30. The channel selecting part 30 selects the channel corresponding to the bit which is the closest to the MSB from among the bits whose values of the using situation signal are '1' as a transmission channel, and selects the channel whose amplitude is smallest from among the non-use channels, and transmits the channel number to a channel assigning part 26. The channel assigning part 26 assigns the channel number from the channel selecting part 30 to a module number from a module selecting part 24, and outputs it as an arbitrated result.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress dispersion in the quantity of light made incident on the signal light incident terminal of a light receiving element or the like even when the relative position relation between the incident position and emission position of the signal light is changed by providing cylindrical lenses respectively having focus in a light diffusing body on the end face side of a light transmission layer. SOLUTION: Cylindrical lenses 12 and 13 are provided at positions adjacent to the end faces 11b and 11c of a light transmission layer 11. The cylindrical lenses 12 and 13 have focus in a light diffusing body 11a. Then, these lenses are used both for turning the incident signal light toward the light diffusing body 11a and collimating the signal light diffused by the light diffusing body 11a. Thus, the signal light which is diffused by the light diffusing body 11a and, emitted from the cylindrical lenses 12 and 13 advances from the front of condenser lenses 17 and 21 toward these condenser lenses 17 and 21. Therefore, the dispersion in the quantity of light to be received by respective light receiving elements 16 and 20 caused by the arranging positions of light emitting elements 15 and 19 and light receiving elements 16 and 20 is suppressed.
