    • PURPOSE:To reduce the influence caused by the fluctuation of a power supply voltage even when separating an error amplifier by generating a pulse width modulation signal by changing the central potential of an inclined wave in response to the fluctuation of a power supply potential similarly to a case where the error amplifier is not separated even when the error amplifier is separated. CONSTITUTION:When an error signal goes to more than a prescribed value, a feedback loop connected to a comparing means 24 from a loading current detecting means 27 through an error amplifier 21 by a selecting means 22 is separated by the selecting means 22 and switched to open loop control to supply an input signal through the selecting means 22 to the comparing means 24. On the other hand, when a power supply voltage +B is fluctuated, the central potential of the output inclined wave from an inclined wave generating circuit 23 is made variable while reacting to the fluctuation and therefore, the duty ratio of the pulse width modulation signal to be taken out from the comparing means 24 can be changed. In such a way, the central potential of the inclined wave is changed corresponding to the power supply voltage. Thus, the fluctuation of a loading current caused by the fluctuation of the power supply voltage can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detecting circuit capable of detecting the abnormality of the voltage in plural voltage sources at a low cost. SOLUTION: This voltage detecting circuit comprises a detecting part 5 having npn-type first transistors 51 respectively mounted on each capacitor 2, inputting a voltage corresponding signal corresponding to the voltage of the capacitor 2 at its base terminal, and being connected to a bias power source at its collector terminal, and ppn-type second transistors inputting the voltage corresponding signal at its base terminal, and being connected to an emitter terminal of the first transistor 51 at its emitter terminal, a first connecting wire 6 connecting the emitter terminals of the first resistors 51 of the detecting parts 5, a second connecting wire 7 connecting the collector terminals of the second transistors 52 in the detecting parts 5, and an abnormality detecting terminal 8 connected to the second connecting wire 7. This voltage detecting circuit detects the abnormality in the voltage balance in plural capacitors 2 connected in series.
