    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a fluoroalkylsulfonylaminoethyl α-substituted acrylate in a manner suitable for industrial-scale production. SOLUTION: The method comprises obtaining an aminoethyl α-substituted acrylate salt by reacting an α-aminoethanol salt (step 1) and smoothly obtaining the objective fluoroalkylsulfonylaminoethyl α-substituted acrylate by reacting the obtained aminoethyl α-substituted acrylate or an aminoethyl α-substituted acrylate obtained by neutralizing it with a base with a fluoroalkylsulfonic halide or a fluoroalkylsulfonic anhydride (step 2). According to this method, it is possible to smoothly produce the objective fluoroalkylsulfonylaminoethyl α-substituted acrylate in a yield very much higher than that in prior art.
