    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle detecting device for detecting a rotation angle from an arctangent angel which is a continuous amplitude ratio between a first and a second angle detecting signal, with a high degree of accuracy. SOLUTION: This rotation angle detecting device is composed of a rotation angle detecting part 1 for delivering a first and second sinusoidal angle detecting signals which are obtained through rotation of a rotor coupled to a rotary member, and which have a one and the same period with a phase different of about 1/4 of their wavelength therebetween, a memory part 3 for storing therein these signals, and a control part 2 which detects amplitudes of the first and second angle detecting signals, then compares the absolute value of the first angle detecting signal with that of the second angle detecting signals so as to divide the larger absolute value by the smaller absolute value in order to obtain a divide value, and calculates from an arctangent of the divided value a basic rotation angle of the rotary member, while setting different angle processing cases for different polarities and different amplitude ranges of the calculated amplitudes of the first and second angle detecting signals. Thus, detected basic angles are converted into different angle values for the different angle processing cases in order to detects a rotation angle or the rotary member.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a fixation structure of a shaft and a lever which attains compact size in a diameter direction of the shaft, enables escape-prevention and strong fixation with a simple structure, enables assembling only by inserting a split portion across a side surface, provides accurate installation, and improves strength of the lever. CONSTITUTION:A lever 19 has a base 23 having an L-shaped sectional area composed of a flat one side surface and the other side surface 30, and a semi- cicular shaft through-hole 25 formed on the side surface of the base 23. A washer 24 is extended from an edge of the side surface of the base 23 of the lever 19, and formed by bending. A through-hole is formed on the washer 24 so as to face to an edge 26 of the base 23. A plurality of fitting pieces 28 are formed on a peripheral edge of the through-hole. A rotary shaft 21 has a split portion 29 on its leading end. The split portion 29 of the rotary shaft 21 is fitted to the through-hole and the shaft through-hole 25 across the side surface 30 of the base. The fitting pieces 28 are elastically deformed by the rotary shaft 21, engaged and fixed.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform measurement without amplification by providing a sliding piece as a unitary body with a bell whose position a resistor so as to change the resistance value of a circuit, and changing the acceleration into the resistance value. CONSTITUTION:A bell 4 is provided at one end of a rod 3, which is freely rotated on a pivot 2, and a sliding piece 5 is provided at the other end. A resistor substrate 6 is provided so as to face the sliding piece 5. A resistor 7 and a current collector 8 are formed in the concentric-circle patterns on the facing surface of the substrate 6 for the sliding piece 5. When the position of the bell 4 is changed in response to the acceleration of a vehicle, the sliding piece 5 following the turning of the rod 3 comes into sliding contact with the resistor 7 and the current collector 8. Therefore, the voltage corresponding to the deflecting angle of the rod 3 is outputted from the terminal. Thus, the acceleration and deceleration of the vehicle at the acceleration and deceleration are converted into the voltages, and values can be measured.
