A U-shaped coupling jig is fitted into the locking piece 5 and the side rim 2b which are overlaid, the coupling jig is fixed to the side rim 2b by the adhesive tape, or the coupling is fixed to the locking piece 5 and the side rim 2b by a double-sided adhesive tape.
