SOLUTION: A set device 30 receives an access signal and ID data applied from an individual portable terminal by a communication coil 4, applies a carrier wave to a rectifying circuit 30B and a capacitor 30D, rectifies and smoothes it, and obtains a DC voltage to be used inside. Moreover, the set device 30 monitors a DC voltage Vdd rectified by the rectifying circuit 30B by a voltage monitoring circuit 30H. When an excess magnetic field is applied from the outside part to a communication coil 4, a voltage obtained by dividing the DC voltage Vdd is made higher than a reference voltage Vref, and a comparator 30H2 switches a high voltage detection signal S1 to an on signal. Thus, a high voltage protecting gate 30G is interrupted, and an LED5 is turned off.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the inside of a room clear of a fire and to make the inside safe even if a man gets therein in an emergency, by lowering the concentration of oxygen in air in a fire prevention room to a level a man can breathe but fire cannot keep burning to inhibit a fire. SOLUTION: When hydrogen or fuel containing rich hydrogen in a fuel tank 3 is supplied to a burner through a fuel cock 6, the fuel burns ignited by an ignition device 5. Since hydrogen is burnt producing water vapor, oxygen can be increased without increasing harmful carbon dioxide gas. The oxygen concentration in a fire prevention room 1 is lowered. When the room is tightly closed and hydrogen is burnt to consume about a half of about 20% oxygen in air, the room is brought into a condition that burning is impossible by lack of oxygen at the point. On the other hand, when only the concentration of carbon dioxide gas is suppressed and the concentration of oxygen is reduced, it does not cause to be immediately be dangerous to a man's life even if the concentration of oxygen is reduced down to lower than a half.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply cipher and decipher, moreover, make it difficult to decipher by selecting a specific number from binary numbers having the same number of bits as the number of digits or characters for adopting the number as a secret key, and ciphering by combining a transposition method by this number with XOR (exclusive-OR) technique. SOLUTION: When data to be ciphered have been put in a specific order into positions where 1 (or 0) of bit of a binary number as a secret key is standing and all the positions with 1 (or 0) are filled with the data, positions with 0 (or 1) are filled with the remaining data in a specific order. And, the sum of the cipher text ciphered by the data or transposition and a secret key, or exclusive-OR are combined in multi-stages. Namely, the transposition is repeated plural times by using the same secret key to make the cipher complex, and an XOR of the transposed number and key code is adopted to increase the cipher in the strength further. Thus, a number ciphered by transpositions is ciphered more and is increased in the cipher strength.
