A pipe arrangement 5 is held on both sides of a part 6, by the holder 13 that is installed in the setting plates 15, 16 of the fixture 12.

The connection of the endoscope diagnosing device 35 with the three way valve 37 is easily performed with one touch by insertingly fitting a male member 61 and a female member 63 mutually.
