摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mold an inward protruding part on a lower side of a neck part of a container by a method of setting the timing of air blowing and pressing of a mold.
SOLUTION: The mold is freely forward and backward set in a cavity mold of a blow mold, and the mold is pressed during stretch blowing of the container to form the inward protruding part in the container. In this molding, a preform in a cavity mold heated at a blowing temperature is stretched, and after 0.1-0.2 s from starting the stretch, pressing of the mold and air blowing with high pressure air are substantially simultaneously performed to form the inward protruding part formed by pressing the mold on the lower side of the neck part of the container.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a mold opening speed by performing the rising movement of the movable plate of a vertical mold clamping device of an injection blow molding machine by using hydraulic cylinders on both sides in place of a booster ram.
SOLUTION: This mold clamping device comprises a lower base having an injection cavity mold provided on its upper surface, the mold clamping cylinder block connected to the upper ends of the tie bars vertically provided on both sides of the lower base, the upper base permitting the insertion of the tie bars to be provided above the lower base in a freely liftable manner and supporting the transfer plate of a neck mold on its under side in a freely rotatable manner, a movable plate permitting the insertion of the tie bars to be provided above the upper base in a freely liftable manner and having a mold clamping ram connected to the center of the upper surface thereof and the injection core provided to the under surface of the movable plate inserted in the cavity of the injection cavity mold through the upper base, the transfer plate and the neck mold. The lift cylinder of the upper base and the lift cylinder of the movable plate are provided to both ends of the lower base and the movable plate so that both lift rods are connected to the upper base vertically in an up and down opposed state.

A body part 12 is subjected to step-out molding from the boundary of a neck part 11 and the body part 12 so that the diameter thereof becomes larger than that of the neck part. The outside of the body part is formed into an oval shape or the like from the underside of the step-out part so as to be reduced in wall thickness to provide a difference in wall thickness between the front and rear surface side 12a and left and right surface side 12b of the body part 12. The step-out part 14 is provided so as to be left as a disc shape on the underside of the neck part.
