    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of pantyhose reducing burden on the foot such as shoe sore, and preventing foot symptoms such as callus and corn. SOLUTION: The pair of pantyhose is so designed that a section including the whole or part along a virtual line P connecting a metatarsal tibiale 31 and a metatarsal fibulare 32 on the reverse of a sole part 1 is knitted by circular knitting with a special knitting fabric which has a coefficient of dynamic friction higher than that of a fabric besides the section, and high compression characteristics satisfying at least one of compression strain to the maximum pressure, compression energy to the maximum pressure, and compression recovery. As a result of this, it is possible to reduce burden on the foot such as shoe sore, and prevent foot symptoms such as callus and corn, while retaining stability of walking, by an action of removing friction or slip to the foot surface of a person to be attached, receiving from the inside of shoes, smoothly escape on the pantyhose surface, together with an action of securely transmitting to the foot surface in a condition of relieving the direct stress by the special knitting fabric on the pantyhose surface.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stimulate a T cell without using a peptide/MHC tetramer.SOLUTION: There is provided a method including a step of supplying an antigen peptide to a T cell that has, on the cell surface thereof, a T cell receptor (TCR) capable of recognizing the antigen peptide to thereby form a complex of a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule that is present on the cell surface of the T cell and the antigen peptide, and in which the T cell is stimulated by allowing the antigen peptide to be recognized by the TCR as a MHC/peptide complex present on the cell surface of the same T cell. Such the stimulation/activation method can be applied to a T cell, and may also be applied to other various cells. It is possible to identify an antigen-specific T cell without need of establishing any antigen-specific T cell line or without using any reagent such as a MHC/peptide tetramer. That is, it is possible to identify a cancer-specific T cell with high efficiency and in a simple manner.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured transfer aid easily usable and securely assisting the transfer work. SOLUTION: The transfer aid includes a shaft 12 with prescribed strength, a handle 44 coupled with the upper end 12a of the shaft 12, and a grounding member 32 coupled with the lower end of the shaft 12 to abut to a floor surface. The transfer aid also has a body holding member 14 projecting sideways in the middle of the shaft 12 for receiving the front side of the body of a care receiver who needs care. The grounding member 32 rolls on the floor surface in the direction parallel to the direction of projection of the body holding member 14, and has such a curve that the shaft 12 can swing.
