摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent wear of a pipe by transporting solid particles through the use of spiral air stream, and thereby hindering the solid particles transported from touching the pipe wall. CONSTITUTION:This invention is composed of a cylinder body 1 having a bottom plate 2 and a larger dia. than the pipe, a gas feed pipe 3 fixed to the side face of said cylinder body in a place apart from the bottom plate, wherein the gas feed direction A is directed toward the axis B of the cylinder body 1 and the angle alpha between these two lines A and B shall be changeable to any desired value, a cone 4 fixed to the cylinder body 1 in its place opposite to the bottom plate 2, wherein the diameter reduces from its greatest part at said connection part to the cylinder body 1 gradually so as to become equal to the dia. of the pipe line, and a solid particles feed pipe 5 inserted in the cylinder body 1 from the bottom plate 2 along the axis and opening toward the pipe line. This produces easily a stable spiral air stream in the pipe line, and transport of solid particles is performed with the aid of this effect, which can well prevent wear of the piping material because the solid particles under transport is held touchless from pipe walls.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of dissolving gas in a liquid, by providing an elastic nozzle attached to the gas outlet opening of an accumulator, a solenoid valve arranged at the gas supply side or the gas outlet opening of said accumulator, etc. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized gas is introduced from a pressurized gas supply source through a gas inlet opening 31 into an accumulator 19 to increase its pressure. Hence, a diaphragm 21 is expanded, and a limit switch 45 is driven. Since the limit switch 45 dispatches a commanding signal for closing a contact to the electromagnetic relay of a valve-operating means 48, an electric current is applied to said solenoid valve 41 to open the valve 41. By said signal, a delay circuit of another valve-operating means 43 is driven at the same time to introduce the pressurized gas in the accumulator 19 through a gas outlet opening 37 into a nozzle 39 closed with hydraulic pressure. Hence, the nozzle 39 is instantaneously opened to discharge the pressurized gas into water.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which supplies a pressurized gas into liquid and can dissolve the gas efficiently by providing a valve means which is mounted to a diaphragm in an accumulator to be supplied with said gas and opens or closes an outlet for gas by its displacement. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 24 mounted in the opening 22 of an accumulator 11 consisting of stainless steel or the like is first in the position of a chain line, and a valve disc 37 inserted freely slidably onto the preceding end of a spindle 28 mounted thereto is kept energized by a coil spring 40 to close a gas outlet 18. When in this state a pressurized gas such as air is introduced into the accumulator 11, the diaphragm 24 displaces downward together with the spindle 28, and the disc 36 detaches from the outlet 18. Then the gas enters the liquid through a nozzle 19 having elasticity, and ascends while rotating by forming vortexes. The oxygen, etc. in the air are dissolved thoroughly into the liquid by the formation of such vortexes and the liquid is forcibly recycled by the ascending flow generated in the vortexes.
