      SOLUTION: Organic powder 6 comprising an organic compound containing an alkaline earth metal is sprayed on the coke transported from a coke oven 1 to a blast furnace 4 to be melted by heat and to be deposited on the coke. By coating the coke with the organic powder 6 comprising the organic compound containing the alkaline earth metal in this way, the reactivity of the coke with CO
      2 is improved. Because the organic compound is sprayed as powder as it is, the coke having high reactivity with CO
      2 is manufactured with a simple structure different from a case that the organic compound is used after dissolved or dispersed in water.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coke treatment system and a coke treatment method by which the strength of the coke is improved with a more simple structure.
      SOLUTION: A organic solution 6 comprising an aqueous solution containing an organic compound is sprayed on the coke to be transported from a coke oven 1 to a blast furnace 4 to deposit the organic solution 6 on the coke and to vaporize water in the organic solution 6 by the heat of coke to coat the coke with the organic compound. By coating the coke with the organic compound in this way, the powdering of coke is suppressed and strength of the coke is improved. Because of only a structure of spraying the organic solution 6 to the coke, the introduction of equipment having a complicated structure is needless and the strength of the coke is improved with the more simple structure.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent occurrence of dust and to discharge the subject exhaust gas by housing red-hot coke in a coke bucket on a coke car, put a cover on the bucket and moving the coke car to a position at which an exhaust gas outlet of an exhaust gas on the cover is opposed to an exhaust gas discharging pipe of an exhaust gas discharging device. CONSTITUTION: Red-hot coke is housed in a coke bucket 1 for transporting red-hot coke having a closed type cover 2, the cover 2 is placed on the bucket. On the way to transport the bucket toward a dry type fire-extinguishing device by a coke car, the coke car is stopped in such a way that an exhaust gas discharging pipe 11 of an exhaust gas discharging device arranged between a coke oven and the dry type fire-extinguishing device is opposed to an exhaust gas outlet 3 set on the cover 2 of the coke bucket 1. An elastic part 15 at the tip of the exhaust gas discharging pipe 11 is advanced, an on-off valve 6 of the exhaust gas discharging outlet 3 of the coke bucket 1 is opened by a lever 7 or a hydraulic or air-pressure cylinder 12. The exhaust gas outlet 3 is connected to the exhaust gas discharging pipe 11 and an exhaust gas generated in the coke bucket is sucked and exhausted by a suction device 16 installed in the middle of the exhaust gas discharging pipe 11.
