摘要： PURPOSE: To easily use a rope winder of a vehicle and to prevent damage to loaded cargoes by forming an operating member installed with a ratchet wheel and a supporting member installed with an elastic pin. CONSTITUTION: A flange 4 and a screw thread 5 are integrally formed on a center shaft 1, a pin hole 6 is formed on one side of the screw thread 5, a hexagonal end 2a at the lower end of the outer periphery and a ratchet wheel 2b at the upper side are integrally formed on an operating member 2 and a bushing seat 2c and a center shaft hole 2d are formed inside the operating member 2. A supporting member 3 having a pin hole 9 includes a pin elastic portion 3a to insert a spring 10 and an elastic pin 11 therein and a mainbody 3b installed with a center threaded hole 12 and a number of recesses 13. The operating member 2 and a bushing 7 are held in the center shaft 1, the supporting member 3 is threaded thereto and a cotter pin 8 is held in the pin hole 6. During use, the supporting member 3 for a rope winder is fixed to one side of a frame 15 to fasten a rope 16 with an operating wrench 17.
