SOLUTION: When the reception of frames is started (steps 21a, 21b) and the frames subjected to inter-frame coding are received ("in the case of inter-frame coding or unidentified coding system" in a step 21c) and the frames including an error are received ("Presence" in a step 21d), no received frames are decoded and reproduced, and frames received after the reception of the frames including no error and subjected to in-frame coding ("Absence" in the step 21d) are decoded and stored in a buffer (steps 21e, 21h), and the frames stored in the buffer are reproduced to prevent a disturbed image from being reproduced.
