オンライン料金計算の過程において、金額からサービス使用可能量までの繰り返し計算の回数を減らして、計算の効率を高めることができる。
また、本発明は、分配された初期のサービス量を可能な限りユーザーの利用習慣に合わせ、さらにオンライン料金計算の過程における、サービス制御ネットワークエレメントとオンライン料金計算システム間の予測インタラクティブ回数を下げて一定にして、オンラインで料金を計算するシステムの併発するコストを軽減することができる。
また、制限付き二進指数バックオフアルゴリズムで今回の会話における後続サービスの使用可能量を計算し、その計算の複雑さを低下させることができる。
また、本発明は、サービスシステム内の各サービスのシステムリソース利用状況に基づいて、貯えておいたアカウントの残高を再分配することによって、利用されていないサービス資源の利用率を高めることができる。
本発明の方法は、既存のオンラインで料金を計算するシステムに直接適用することができ、高い適用価値を有する。
