    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress residue of powder with a simple structure by arranging a guide in a funnel-like space so as to secure a flow passage for the powder in respect to an inner wall surface of a pump casing part which determines the funnel-like space, and forming an air inlet on a portion other than the part determining the funnel-like space. SOLUTION: A guide 22 for powder is arranged in a funnel-like space 16 of a powder transferring pump 1. The guide 22 has an outer surface shape substantially similar to an inner wall surface of a pump casing 10 which determines the funnel-like space 16, and is arranged for securing a flow passage 23 for powder in respect to the inner wall surface of the pump casing which determines time funnel-like space 16. An air inlet 19 is formed on a portion of the pump casing, other than the part which determines the funnel-like space 16. The guide 22 occupies a large part of the funnel-like space 16, for preventing residue of powder which is fed to the funnel-like space 16 from a gap between a rotor 9 and a stator 8, on a lower side of the space. Application of braking function of air to the powder is thus prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer carrot pulp with low air-content and at high pressure, by arranging a screw pump which is equipped with a screw from the lower part of a hopper section to the bottom of a straight part in the center of carrot pulp storage tank and connecting a discharge outlet side of this pump to a suction inlet side of a rotary pump. SOLUTION: In a stand-up cylindrical storage tank 1 for carrot pulp, a straight part 3 is extended downward to the bottom of a hopper part 2 and a rotational shaft 6 is inserted into the enter of the storage tank 1. Placing a screw part 7 from the bottom of the hopper part 2 to the bottom of the straight part 3 on the rotational shaft 6, a screw pump 9 in which a casing 8 is the bottom of the hopper part 2 and the straight part 3 is constituted. A discharge outlet 9a side of the screw pump 9 is connected to a suction inlet 11a of a rotary pump 11 via a joint 10 which tapers down. At this time, in order to perform deaeration without reducing forced-feed performance, about 5-15 mm-wide clearance is placed between the screw part 7 and the casing 8.

CONSTITUTION:A fluid feed device consists of a fluid suction hole 23 and a fluid discharge hole 27, a fluid transport part formed between a rotor 25 and a fixed member 19 for storing this rotor 25, a shaft 10 connected to the rotor, a rotary actuator 35 for giving a relative rotating motion to the shaft 10 between the shaft 10 and the fixed member, and a rotating motion control part which is a drive power supply for the actuator. In addition, the device is composed of a fluctuation actuator 31 for giving a relative fluctuation motion to the rotary member between the rotary member and the fixed member, and a fluctuation motion control part which is a drive power supply for the actuator 31. Thus it is possible to ensure the super-high precision and super-micro feed flux of a fluid under a simple structure.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a screw pump which can prevent the fluid flowing in a passage from leaking to the rear part of the passage through the gap between a screw and the inner wall of the passage and the screw from becoming unrotatable because of the collision of screw blades against the fluid solid-likely stuck to the inner wall of the passage. CONSTITUTION:A shaft bar 10 for a screw is formed so as to be flexible, and a screw blade 20 is also formed of a flexible member, and a screw 30 is formed of a flexible number. The outer diameter of the screw 30 is formed smaller than the inner diameter of a passage 40 to provided a gap 42 between the circumference of the screw 30 and the inner wall of the passage 40. When the screw 30 is rotated in the passage 40, while a plurality of portions in the top section of the screw blades 20 are sliding on the inner wall of the passage 40, the screw 30 is continuously rotated while waving and dancing in the passage 40.
