And a shock absorber 30 that allows the relative movement of the pontoon 10 in the direction along the inner wall of the breakwater wall 20, and the elastically restrains the relative movement in the direction of collision is arranged in this gap 15. Thus, when a helicopter lands on or takes of the deck, the change of draft can be restrained in a small degree, and the influence of waves and swell can be reduced, and also the shock in the collision direction is elastically absorbed, so that a stable position can be secured.

Since the flat face of the anchor 2 and the flat face of the helideck 7 can thus be held horizontally all the time regardless of the inclination of the support column 6, even when the heliport body is inclined, the helideck 7 can be held horizontally.
