摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a syrup hardly crystallizing or being amorphous at room temperature, hardly being contaminated by microorganisms, excellent in preservation property and useful as a medicine, etc., by dissolving and containing trehalose in more than the amount of a solubility per water content thereof and also dissolving and containing other saccharides. SOLUTION: This syrup highly containing trehalose, contains a trehalose by dissolving the trehalose more than the amount of solubility per water content thereof, and also other saccharides such as a reductive monosaccharide and/or oligo saccharide, or a non-reductive monosaccharide and/or oligosaccharide. Further, it is preferable to dissolve and contain the other saccharides together with 18.5-25.0 w/w/% trehalose and 25-35 wt.% water content based on the syrup.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain syrup having high trehalose content, dissolving and containing trehalose in an amount exceeding solubility per water content and containing other saccharides, hardly polluted by microorganisms, having slightly crystallizing property or uncrystallizing property, having low viscosity and high sweetness and useful for food and drink, etc. CONSTITUTION: This syrup dissolves and contains preferably 18.5-25.0(W/W)% (per trap) trehalose in an amount exceeding solubility per water content and dissolves and contains saaccharide such as reducing monosaccharide and/or oligosaccharide in an amount exceeding solubility per water content and dissolves and contains other saccharide such as reducing monosacccharide and/ oligosaccharide and has preferably 25-35% water content.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a novel amylase which forms a product mixture containing high content of maltohexaose and maltoheptaose from starch and is usefud as a composition for food, beverage, cosmetics, medicines or molded products. CONSTITUTION:A mylase which is obtained by culturing Alcaligenes latus D2271 and has the following properties: (l) it acts on starch to form maltohexaose and maltoheptaose, but substantially causes no decomposition of oligosaccharides lower than hexaose and heptaose, too; (2) the optimal pH is about 5.0 in the presence of calcium ion; (3) the optimal temperature is about 70 deg.C in the presence of calcium ion; (4) the pH stable zone is from about 4.5 to 10.5 in the presence of calcium ion; (5) it is stable up to about 60 deg.C in the presence of calcium ion; (6) the molecular weight is 43,000+ or -3,000 dalton (SDS-gel electrophoresis) and (7) the isoelectric point is 7.6+ or -0.5 (according to the ampholyte- containing electrophoresis).

摘要： PURPOSE:To separate and purify a sugar solution by a method wherein reverse osmosis membrane modules are allowed to respectively communicate with the outlets of a transmitted solution tank and a concentrate tank and the transmitted solution outlets of the modules are allowed to communicate with the transmitted solution tank and the concentrate outlets of the modules are allowed to communicate with the concentrate tank and a solution to be treated is charged in both tanks. CONSTITUTION:Reverse osmosis membrane modules 2a, 2b are provided to a concentrate tank 1a and a transmitted solution tank 1b and the solution outlets of the tanks 1a, 1b are allowed to communicate with the inlets of the respective reverse osmosis membrane modules 2a,2b. The non-transmitted solution outlets of the modules 2a, 2b are allowed to communicate with the concentrate tank 1a and the transmitted solution outlets of the modules 2a, 2b are allowed to communicate with the transmitted solution tank 1b. A solution to be treated is charged in the respective tanks 1a, 1b by the almost same amount and subjected to separation treatment according to a batchwise method by driving pumps 3a, 3b. By this method the solute of a sugar solution is roughly separated into monosaccharide, oligosaccharide and polysaccharide with significant difference sufficiently near to a real rejective ratio.
