CONSTITUTION:A spiral tube (a), which is provided with an inner surface resin coated layer and a crest section resin coated layer during the course of passing a guide roller group 1, passes through the guide roller group 1, when semi- molten thin wall wide belt-shaped synthetic resin material 17 supplied from a nozzle of an outer surface resin coating means 16 disposed on its outside is wound and coated between the crest section resin coating layers of adjacent ring sections b, b of the spiral tube (a) while synchronizing with proceeding of the spiral tube (a). Then, the central section of the thick wall side belt-shaped synthetic resin material 17 welded between the ring section b, b is pressed in a root section by press molding rolls 18, 18 while being in the softened state to form an outer surface resin coated layer 23 coated all over the top of the crest section down to the root section of each ring section (b).

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to realize the sure forming of a tube and at the same time of change the tubular diameter freely by a method wherein each of respective rotating shafts for forming is supported at both ends through connecting rods by link piece members fitted onto an actuating shaft, both ends of which are supported by a base and a face plate, and the supporting positions of the link piece members on the actuating shaft are axially moved by means of the pivoting operation of the actuating shaft. CONSTITUTION:A semi-molten band-shaped stock (a), which is fed from the die 32 of an extrusion equipment 31 is wound over respective forming rotating shafts 7... so as to overlappingly bond the one side edge part of the stock. When the respective rotating shafts 7... for forming are simultaneously driven by the power of a driving device M under the above-mentioned state, the band-shaped stock (a) is formed tubulously. And, when the change of the diameter of a resin tube to be formed is intended, a first link piece member 12a, a second link piece member 12b and a third link piece member 12c are moved in the direction so as to approach to or part from one another through the rotation of an actuating shaft 4 which an operating gear in order to change the angles of elevation of first, second and third connecting rods 15a..., 15b... and 15c... through their rocking movements, resulting in moving the respective rotating shafts 7... for forming radially outwards or inwards in order to properly change the diameter of the tube.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a spiral tube of a small diameter and lead out securely the terminal section of a band-shaped body from a space formed by tube- manufacturing rollers by rotating respective tube manufacturing roller forming a cylindrical space and giving a driving force to a rolling and contacting band- shaped body by means of respective tube-manufacturing rollers. CONSTITUTION:Support levers 25 and 26 are disposed on ring frames 21 and 22 respectively, corresponding to the diameter of a spiral tube to be manufactured, and they are moved in the diameter direction by the rotation of nuts 216 and 226 respectively. The diameter of a cylindrical space formed by tube manufacturing rollers 30 held at the ends is made equal to the outer diameter of the spiral tube to be manufactured. Then, handles 43 and 44 are rotated in a manner that respective roller 30 makes a given spiral angle, and ring frames 21 and 22 are pivoted. A band-shaped body is guided into a cylindrical space formed by respective roller 30. The band-shaped body, rolling and contacting with respective tube rollers 30 one by one, is forcibly bent and wound spirally at a given spiral angle to meet respective adjacent sides with each other into a spiral tube with the fixed diameter.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a pipe manufacturing machine capable of varying easily a spiral angle of each of pipe manufacturing rollers, by a method wherein the title machine is provided with a plurality of the pipe manufacturing rollers arranged cylindrically and a turning and driving device turning each of annular frames so that each of the pipe manufacturing rollers turns at a predetermined signal angle, and an introduced beltlike material is wound round each of the pipe manufacturing rollers by performing rolling contact of the beltlike material with the pie manufacturing rollers. CONSTITUTION:When an end part of a beltlike material 90 makes a revolution, one side part in a widthwise direction of the tip part and the other side part in the widthwise direction of the succeeding beltlike material to be introduced fresh into a cylindrical space formed of the whole pipe manufacturing roller 30 are mated with each other. The top of a fitting rib 96 of the tip part of the beltlike material 90 is fitted in a connecting part 92a of the side part of the succeeding beltlike material 90 which has made a revolution. In the case where the fitting is not performed, the side part in each of widthwise directions of the tip part of the revolved beltlike material is moved to a position where the same is capable of mating with the succeeding beltlike material to be introduced, by a method wherein an annular frames 21, 22 are turned by operating a control handle 43 of hydraulic cylinders 41, 42, and fine adjustment of a spiral angle of each of the pipe manufacturing rollers 30, 30' is performed. Then the side parts in the widthwise directions of the beltlike material are fitted in firmly to each other, the beltlike material is wound round spirally into a spiral pipe having a predetermined bore.
