    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the mounting operation of a safety net by installing a control lever to the base end section of a long handle while setting up a clip at a front end section and conducting the open-close operation of the clip even by either of the control lever of a lever fitting to clip itself. SOLUTION: A long handle 2 is composed of a pipe body, into which a connecting shaft can be inserted. The length of the long handle 2 is set in length in a extent that the front end section of the long handle 2 reaches a beam in a first floor section when the long handle 2 is held by an operator, and the mounting section of a clip 4 is formed at the front end section of the long handle 2 and the mounting section of a movable lever 3 at an end section on the base end side. A hanger 16 is fitted to the beam, and a support rope for a safety net is hung and stopped to the bent section of the hanger 16 by employing a metal fitting fir the support rope, gripping the support rope for the safety net by the clip 4 and grasping the control lever 3 side and upwards lifting up the control lever 3 side. Accordingly, net stretching operation can be conducted simply and safely.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a disaster preventing tool being practically useful. SOLUTION: The disaster preventing tool is the one being a bar 1 and is provided with a shattering bit 2 in a tip and rod parts 3, 4 and 5 continued after the bit 2 are constituted so as to be extension/contraction possible. A rugged restraining part 9 to be restrained with biting materials 13 and 14 is formed on the one side surface of the bit 2. Besides, the tail end part of the bar 1 is provided with a handlw part projected on both right and left sides so as to be gripped by two persons. A foldable fulcrum material 11 is provided on the one side surface near the bit 2. The tool is the shovel-shaped disaster preventing tool where a scooping-up part is made to be freely backward rotation possible as against the handle part and the original function or the raking-up function of the shovel is selected by rotation. Moreover, only the tip part of the scooping-up part is freely erection possible almost perpendicularly. The tool is provided a shattering blade on a tip hitting surface and the shattering blade is divided into plural blade parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-bag which has a high degree of shock absorbing efficiency and which can be folded into a compact size so as to easily handlable by constituting the air-bag such that charged air is discharged from a part of the air-bag when a shock having a force higher than a predetermined value is exerted to the air-bag. SOLUTION: An air-bag is made of an air-tight sheet 3 which is formed with holes which are covered, by glueing, with sheet members 2 made of synthetic resin sheets or paper that can be broken when a pressure higher than a predetermined value is exerted thereto, in order to maintain gas-tightness. With this arrangement, when a pressure higher than a predetermined value is applied to the air-bag, the sheet members 2 are broken, and accordingly, air charged in the bag is discharged. A break line may be formed in each of the sheet mar 2. A rubber coated fabric, vinyl chloride tarpaulin or the like can be used as the air-tight sheet 3. The number of the holes and the opening area are determined from size of the air-bag and an estimated degree of shocks. Thereby it is possible to ensure a safety. A metal plate or the like is provided to a surface where a shock is exerted so as to enhance the dispersion of shock although the handleability is lowered.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a signal cylinder assembly convenient for emergent use, having high operability and capable of attaining sure and quick ignition by inserting the remaining leg parts of one signal cylinder into the notched parts of the other signal cylinder and mutually detachably and temporarily combining both the signal cylinders so as to cover the outer periphery of a cylindrical cover body of the other signal cylinder in an approximately contact state. SOLUTION: In a pair of signal cylinders, the remaining leg parts 42p, 42q of the upper signal cylinder are inserted into the notched parts 41x, 41y of the lower signal cylinder and combined with the lower signal cylinder so as to cover the outer periphery of the cylindrical cover body 35b of the lower signal cylinder in an approximately contacting state. The remaining leg parts 42x, 42y of the lower signal cylinder are inserted into the notched parts 41p, 41q of the upper signal cylinder and combined with the upper signal cylinder so as to cover the outer periphery of the cylindrical cover body 35a of the upper signal cylinder in an approximately contacting state (it is preferable to bring the leg parts 42x, 42y into contact with the cover body 35a but it is also available to cover the cover body 35a in a neighboring state). Thus a pair of signal cylinders are temporarily combined so as to be mutually detached.
