The locking member 20 is formed of an elastic material, provided with a shaft part 21 insertable into the shaft groove in its base part, and a pair of arm parts 22 and 22 slidable along the both sides of the mount body in the both ends of the shaft part, and the tip parts of the both arm parts are connected together and bent into an L shape to form a hook part 23 capable of press-fitting and locking from the locking projection part across the upper part of the slot.
