    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain discharge apparatus having solved such problems that, in a grain discharge operation, when grains discharged into e.g. the tank on the loading platform of a truck intended for the discharge are filled up, the discharge operation may be necessitated to stop midway thereof; at this time, since the inside of a grain discharge auger is full of grains, if a moving transfer cylinder is put to contractive movement with this condition left intact, grains are forcedly compressed and damaged; furthermore, a considerable load falls on a motor for making such a contractive movement. SOLUTION: This grain discharge apparatus is characterized by having such a scheme that a grain sensor 25 is set up at an appropriate point inside a moving transfer cylinder 11, and a means is furnished to prohibit a contraction within the range of a given distance so that the moving transfer cylinder 11 does not make a contractive movement to the final terminal end when a grain discharge auger 12 is automatically housed, on sensing the presence of grains by the sensor 25.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a mechanism for changing over moving speed of a discharge auger, capable of preventing the state scattering grains to the outside of the discharge target and improved in operation efficiency by constituting the mechanism so as to change a moving speed to a low speed by interlocking with connecting motion of a discharge driving clutch of a discharge auger. CONSTITUTION: A discharge auger equipped with a grain tank and discharging grains from the grain tank to the outside of the machine is provided so as to enable lifting and rotating driving and driving operation of a screw conveyer in the discharge auger is carried out by on-off operation of an auger clutch. When an auger clutch switch 12 for carrying out the clutch operation is turned on, a solenoid valve V3 for auger lifting and lowering control is automatically changed to a throttle valve and hydraulic oil flow rate to an auger lifting and lowering cylinder is restricted and output voltage to a motor M for driving auger rotation is lowered and lifting and lowering rate of the discharge auger is made s low.

CONSTITUTION:In a combine harvester detecting means S1 for detecting the revolution position of a grain-discharging device and further having a memory device 100 for memorizing the signal of a position receiving the grain- discharging device, this grain-discharging device of the combine harvester comprises a receiving signal-outputting means 101 for revolving the grain- discharging device to a receiving position, a forcibly stopping position signal- detecting means 102 for detecting that the grain-discharging device comes to the position of the forcibly stopping position signal during the movement of the device to the receiving position, an operation means 3 for revolving the grain-discharging device from the stopping position outputted on the forcibly stopping position signal to the receiving position of the auger receiver, a new receiving position signal-setting means 103 for outputting the receiving position for receiving the grain-discharging device in the auger receiver as a new receiving position signal, and a memorizing means 104 for memorizing the new receiving position signal in the memorizing device 100 instead of the eliminated signal of the receiving position signal.
