    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic motion-operating device for an extensible auger, capable of solving such a problem caused by conventional extensible augers that a shortening operation of an extensible, movable transporting cylinder of the auger is difficult to be conducted by a sole operator because the shortening operation cannot be accomplished to be suspended on the halfway when a switch for the operation moves and goes beyond the reach of the operator, although the operator can shorten the cylinder when the switch exists within his reach after he completes a grain-discharging operation and then operates the switch from his working position. SOLUTION: This telescopic motion-operating device for the extensible auger is structured in the following: the extensible auger 1 is composed of the extensible, movable transporting cylinder 3 on the top side and a fixed transporting cylinder 2 on the base side wherein the cylinder 3 is jointed to the cylinder 2 to be freely extended and shortened, so that the auger 1 can discharge grains from a grain tank 4 outside; the extensible, movable transporting cylinder 3 is attached to a telescopic motion-driving device 5, so that the cylinder 3 is automatically moved to be expanded and shortened; and the telescopic motion-driving device 5 is operated to conduct. the shortening operation by an operation of a one-touch switch 6 attached to the top of the extensible, movable transporting cylinder 3, so that a length of the cylinder 3 is shorten to a position corresponding to the shortest length or a length previously determined.

SOLUTION: This grain-discharging apparatus possesses a retractable tube body composed of a combination consisting of one or more fixed conveyance tubes and a movable conveyance tube, plural retractable screw units 17 placed within the retractable tube and for conveying grains and plural inextensible fixed screw units, and at least parts of the retractable screw units 17 are made of a synthetic resin and the inextensible fixed screw units are made of a metal. Since the screw units 17 of a grain-discharging auger 5 are synthetically resinified, the auger 5 is lightened, the moment of the auger 5 itself is decreased to enable smooth turning and vertical movement by small driving force, and costs can be cut in comparison with the screw units made of the metal such as a ferrous metal, and unevenness in quality is eliminated to enable smooth extension and contraction and/or smooth discharge.
