    • PURPOSE:To prevent a high frequency amplifier circuit saturated at the rise of a signal or the startup of a system by performing detection with a detection circuit, performing a stationary operation by setting an on/off control switch on a negative feedback route at an on-state when a voltage over a second reference voltage is supplied, and setting it at an off-state when the voltage less than the reference voltage is supplied. CONSTITUTION:Since a detected DC voltage VD exceeds a second reference voltage VR2 when a pulse signal is inputted, a switch 15 is turned on, and an error voltage VE detected with a first differential amplifier circuit 5 is added on a third reference voltage VR3. At this time, the input voltage of a second differential amplifier circuit 14 is changed with a time constant by resistors 11, 12 and a capacitor 13, then, variable damping quantity is decreased transiently. Therefore, no saturation of the high frequency amplifier circuit 3 at rising time occurs. When the pulse signal goes to a low level (=0V), the detected DC voltage VD goes less than the second reference voltage VR2, thereby, the switch 15 is turned off, and the error voltage VE detected with the first differential amplifier circuit 5 can be interrupted.

    • PURPOSE:To raise the safety of operation by using a system in which when a safety roller is positioned out of the place where it comes into contact with any of a plate cylinder and a rubber cylinder and its intermediate position, the cylinder press machine is stopped by a limit switch to make it inoperative for start-up operation. CONSTITUTION:During the printing operation, a handle 13 is coupled with a groove 15b and a safety roller 7 is positioned at the intermediate between a plate cylinder 1 and a rubber cylinder 2. When a hand is ready to be caught in the turning bite-in portion between the plate cylinder 1 and the rubber cylinder 2, the safety roller 7 escapes, a support shaft 4 is turned, and the contact point of a limit switch 18 jumps out of the concaved hole 20 of a cam 19, and the machine is stopped. When the plate cylinder 1 is attached to the printing plate by operating a handle 13 and a switching lever 9, the safety roller 7 contacts with the periphery of the plate cylinder 1, and when a blanket is wound around the rubber cylinder 2, the safety roller 7 contacts with the periphery of the rubber cylinder 2, whereby keeping the safety function of the safety roller 7 as well as holding function of the plate and the blanket. Operator can thus perform button-push operations at natural attitude, and the safety of the operation can be raised.
