    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measurement system which can compensate a velocity of sound of a measurement object portion without preparing another means for temperature measurement and evaluate a thickness reduction by highly accurate board thickness measurement.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic sensor 101 includes a piezoelectric element 108. A heat-resistant MI cable 102 incorporates element wires 110A, 110B connected to the ultrasonic sensor 101, and includes a metal sheath 112. A temperature sensor is built in the heat-resistant MI cable 102, and includes a thermocouple part 114 to which ends of the element wires 110A, 110B are connected. An ultrasonic transceiver 117 transmits ultrasonics to the ultrasonic sensor and receives a reflection wave from a measurement object. A temperature measuring device 115 measures a temperature of the measurement object 106 by using the temperature sensor. A signal recording device 104 uses the temperature measured by the temperature measuring device 115, compensates a velocity of sound of the ultrasonics propagating in the measurement object, and measures a board thickness of the measurement object 106.
