摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the distance between the compression of powder and an electrode plate. SOLUTION: The conductivity-measuring apparatus comprises an electrically insulating rubber sheet having an accommodation hole where conductive powder for measuring conductivity is filled, a pair of electrode plates for pinching the rubber sheet, a displacement meter mounted to one electrode plate, a means for feeding a DC current to conductive powder that is filled into the accommodation hole, and a voltmeter for measuring the voltage between the pair of electrode plates when a DC current is given to the conductive powder. The shaft section of the displacement meter is subjected to specific length advance displacement for pressing one electrode plate by operating the displacement meter. As a result, the rubber sheet is pressed and is subjected to compression displacement by the advance displacement amount of the displacement meter shaft section. The conductive powder in the rubber sheet accommodation hole is also compressed by the advance displacement amount. In that case, the conductivity of the conductive powder is measured from the distance between the pair of electrode plates that is calculated from a current value flowing to the conductive powder, the voltage between the pair of electrode plates, and the amount of advance displacement of the displacement shaft section.
