摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling technology which enables the reuse of a thermosetting resin. SOLUTION: In this recycling method, a hardened thermosetting resin is plasticized by decomposition under a decomposer and a rehardener is added for second hardening, with the decomposer and the rehardener being compounds that react with each other for hardening themselves. An amino compound is added for the plasticization of a hardened thermosetting resin containing an acid anhydride hardened epoxy resin, and then a compound having two or more epoxy groups is added to the decomposed, plasticizer resin for its rehardening.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the inclusion of the decomposition product of a heat medium and thereby enable the reuse of a useful component as a raw material by bleeding an organic halide gas contained in a foam resin and separating/recovering each of components from mixed waste in a heat medium by specific gravity difference. SOLUTION: Mixed waste including a foam resin containing an organic halide which is used as a heat insulation material in a refrigerator is loaded into a sealing machine 2 which stores a heat modium 1 at a normal temperature, then is sent into a thermal reaction tank 3 to uniformly heat the heat medium 1 at a specified temperature of 300 deg.C or less using a heater 11 arranged encircling the outer wall of the thermal reaction tank 3, and thereby, the foam resin included in the mixed waste is softened or fluidized to bleed an organic halide gas contained in the foam resin. Further, the gas is quenched to separate the components originating from the mixed waste in a specific gravity separation tank 16 into a molten metal 13 and a slid matter 14 by specific gravity difference in the heat medium 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling process and a recycling apparatus by which plastic wastes (e.g. plasticized polyvinyl chloride) can be converted into a high- quality oil having a very small chlorine content without forming organochlorine compounds, and useful substances (e.g. products of decomposition of the plasticizer) can also be recovered. SOLUTION: This process comprises heating plastic wastes under a diminished pressure to separate and recover the product of decomposition of the plasticizer, heating the mixture to a higher temperature to release hydrogen chloride from chlorinated polymers and subsequently performing the oil conversion and recovery. Alternatively, it comprises heat-decomposing plastic wastes while agitating the mixture and blowing off the produced decomposition gas by an inert gas to form a large amount of a substantially organochlorine-compound-free high- molecular-weight wax component and separating this component from a low- molecular-weight oil containing organochlorine compounds and recovering it.

This electrode material is soaked in the acidic solution, and after valuable metal is dissolved, the valuable metal can be inexpensively recovered with high purity by chemical treatment.

The fraction judged to be treated is then introduced into a rotary part 10 in a vessel 9 and heated, the vapor of the chemical substance discharged by an exhauster 11 is cooled in a cooler 13, liquefied and introduced into a purifier 14, and the chemical substance is recovered by the activated carbon 15a to 15c.
