摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a column-beam skeleton using a precast concrete column member and a precast concrete beam member.
SOLUTION: A column-beam joint part joined to upper and lower precast concrete column members is formed as a column-beam joint part member integrating a beam part and manufactured as a precast concrete member, and a prestressed concrete steel is passed through the beam part in a material axis direction to form a precast prestressed concrete beam member with prestress led therein. The column-beam joint part and the precast concrete column member of the column-beam joint part member are butt-jointed when erecting at a site. The beam parts of the column-beam joint part member are jointed and integrated directly to each other or interposing a span center beam member between the beam parts while leading prestress into the prestressed concrete steel passing through in the axial direction of the beam members.

The slab remodeling method is so constituted that at least part in the vicinity of the column 1 from among the beams 2 projected from the existing slab frame A is cut off, a capital 6 is installed to the part of the column 1 from which the beam 2 is removed and that a new reinforcing slab is combined with the existing slab frame A to construct the flat slab frame C. The slab remodeling method is so constituted that the flat slab frame C is supported by the column 1 through the capital 6, alternatively, the capital 6 is installed to the part of the column 1 on the upper surface side of the existing slab frame A, the new reinforcing slab is combined with the existing slab frame A to construct the flat slab frame C and that the flat slab frame C is supported by the column 1 by the capital 6.

After the joining, the reduction of the tension introduced in the binding material 2 is suppressed to a certain degree through the elastic deformation of the unevenness. A dry construction method can be obtained where any filling material such as mortar is completely unnecessary.
