    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus in which an error due to the jitters is not generated in a reproducing operation and which can record a good information signal by a method wherein a semiconductor laser and a light-emitting-output control circuit are provided and the servo band of the light-emitting-output control circuit is specified. SOLUTION: A reference voltage VR is supplied, via a resistance R1 having a prescribed resistance value, to the inverting input terminal (-) of a comparator IC1. The inverting input terminal (-) of the comparator IC1 is connected, via a capacitor C1, to the output terminal of the comparator IC1, and it is connected, via a resistance R4, to the output terminal of the comparator IC1. A prescribed voltage is supplied to the noninverting terminal (+) of the comparator IC1 via a photodiode PD for a front APC, and the noninverting terminal is grounded via a resistance R3. The output terminal of the comparator IC1 is connected, via a resistance R5 having a prescribed resistance value, to the base terminal of a PNP transistor TR1.

    • PURPOSE:To restrain that the characteristic of the title recording medium is deteriorated and to enhance the external magnetic field sensitivity of the recording medium by a method wherein a region containing oxygen is formed between a recording layer and a dielectric layer or a reflection layer and the region containing oxygen of the recording layer is set to a specific range or lower. CONSTITUTION:In an Auger profile in the depth direction, the average peak height of Si is found when a dielectric layer is composed of Si3N4, the average peak height of Zn is found when it is composed of ZnS, and a position in which respective peaks are 1/2 of the average peak height is found on the side of the interface with a recording layer. The average peak height of a transition metal for an RE-TM magnetic film is found also on the side of the recording layer, and a position in which the peak of the transition metal becomes 1/2 of the average peak height is found on the side of the interface with the dielectric layer, and the middle point of the two positions is used as the interface. In addition, a region containing oxygen. i.e., an intermediate layer, is formed between the recording layer and the dielectric layer or a reflection layer. However, when the intermediate layer creeps deeply into the recording layer, the characteristic of the RE-TM magnetic film of the recording layer is spoiled. Consequently, it is arranged that the foot of the signal of oxygen in the Auger profile does not creep into the recording layer at 150Angstrom or higher.
