    • PURPOSE:To obtain a medical cataplasm capable of readily adhering to a human body and free from moving and squeezing by laminating plural tacky adhesive layers on a backing support while inserting an intermediate sheet having releasing property on the both surfaces and each containing a crosslinking reaction component in one of the tacky adhesive layers and crosslinking components in the remainder. CONSTITUTION:The first tacky adhesive layer 2 (e.g. polymer consisting of 82mol octyl acrylate, 8mol butyl methacrylate and 10mol methacrylic acid and having 460000 weight average molecular weight), and the second tacky adhesive layer 4 containing an intermediate sheet 3 having release property on the both surface and crosslinking component (e.g. zinc octylate) for the first tacky agent layer are successively laminated and further protecting sheet 5 is laminated thereon. The protecting sheet 5 having release property is released from the tacky adhesive layer 4 and the intermediate sheet 3 is released while putting the tacky adhesive layer 4 thereon and turned upside down and the tacky adhesive layer 4 is bonded to the tacky adhesive layer 2 and the intermediate sheet 3 is released the exposed surface of the tacky adhesive layer 4 is pressed and applied upon an appointed part of skin. A medicine is contained in at least one layer of tacky adhesive layers 2 and 4.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a plaster having improved transcutaneous absorbability by adding a drug having transcutaneous absorbability to a plaster base free from fluidity below body temperature and softening and flowing at or above the body temperature and embedding the obtained temperature-sensitive softenable plaster in a tacky adhesive layer applied to one side of a backing substrate. CONSTITUTION:The objective plaster 1 is composed of a backing substrate 2, a tacky adhesive layer 3, a protecting paper 5 and a temperature-sensitive softenable plaster 4 containing a transcutaneous absorption drug and embedded in the tacky adhesive layer. The plaster base constituting the temperature- sensitive softenable plaster 4 has a softening point lower than the human body temperature and is e.g., a composition composed mainly of rosin ester resin, polyterpene resin, beeswax or polyethylene glycol. The above plaster is storable without causing the bleed-out, dissipation, lowering of the activity and degradation of the drug component. It has improved drug availability, is stably storable over a long period, can contain increased amount of the drug per one sheet of the plaster and is producible at a low cost.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the titled plaster easily applicable to human body and effective in continuously preventing armpit odor, by applying a tacky adhesive layer containing cyclodextrins to at least one surface of a substrate consisting of a specific nonwoven cloth composed mainly of polyurethane fiber. CONSTITUTION:The objective plaster for preventing armpit odor is composed of a substrate having a tacky adhesive layer on at least one surface of the substrate, wherein said substrate is composed of a nonwoven cloth having an elongation of >=100%, preferably >=150% and composed mainly of polyurethane fiber and said tacky adhesive layer contains >=3wt.%, preferably >=5wt.% of cyclodextrin and/or its derivative. Armpit odor can be eliminated continuously over a long period by applying the plaster to the armpit of human body. The plaster is resistant to peeling off and is applicable without causing disagreeable feeling or paint to the skin nor causing stuffing of the skin because the substrate is stretchable according to the stretching of the skin and has moisture permeability. Furthermore, the plaster can be easily applied to and peeled off from the skin as necessary.
