    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hour for assembling a Pachinko island, by equipping a game machine laying part covering from right to left on the upper part of lower front and rear faces in a frame body constituted combining and adhering right and left side faces and lower front and rear faces, and boring setting holes to attach various devices and members into the frame body and the game machine laying part. SOLUTION: The frame body of this game island bed comprises island side face support boards set on both sides, an upper connecting member to connect the upper and lower end parts of both side face support boards, and a bottom board and is constituted into a square frame. A game machine laying part 106 is laterally equipped on about middle part between both side face support boards of the frame body. An island front face support board and an island rear face support board are attached on lower front and rear side faces of the game machine laying part 106. Those members are formed with a metal plate such as iron, stainless steel, etc. A rectangular hole 63, etc., for attaching a stay of a keeping ball returning mechanism are formed on the inside of the laying part 106, and a hole 69a for attaching a table, etc., and rectangular holes 70a and 71a, etc., for inserting a counting unit are formed on the outside of the laying part 106.

SOLUTION: A supplying trough part 21 extended right and left is arranged at the upper part of a pin ball island table to store pin balls. In addition a recovery trough part 23 recovering out balls and returned balls returned from a ball counting device is arranged at the lower part of the pin ball table, and a recovered ball raising and sending part including the raising and sending trough 22 raising and sending recovered ball upward is provided on the low-order side of the inclination of the part 23. The part 21 vertically hierarchically consists of first and second supplying conduits 37 and 38 setting the side of the conduit 22 to be the high-order side of inclination and inclined downward while keeping them parallel with each other in the opposite direction and a third conduits 39 setting the low-order side of their inclination to be the high order side of inclination, and supply ports 33 and 34 communicated each pin ball game machine and each ball rental machine are formed at both side parts of the third supply trough 39.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately return pachinkoballs equivalent to the number of fraction balls which are not exchanged with a prize by providing a ball discharging part extending from a gutter part of a pachinkoball circulation feeder via a tube and providing a fraction ball return device for letting pass the equivalent number of pachinkoballs to the number of the fraction balls on this ball path. SOLUTION: A puchinko equipment unit 1 is provided with a pachinkoball circulation feeder 3 and a plurality of pachinko machines in the inside of a box case body 2. The pachinkoball circulation feeder 3 is provided with a tank 5 for storing pachinkoballs discharged from each pachinko machine 4, a ball lift 6 for lifting the pachinkoballs, and a gutter 7 for receiving and storing the lift puchinkoballs. In this case, a ball discharging part 11 positioned in the adjacent to a ball counter 9 and the gutter 7 are connected to each other via a tube 12 so as to form a ball path and on this ball path, a fraction return device 10 which is provided with a path open/close means for letting pass the equivalent number of pachinkoballs to the number of the fraction balls calculated by the ball counter.

Then, the bottom surface section, both left and right surface sections and both front and rear surface sections at the main body of unit excepting for the ceiling surface section are respectively formed from panel members 3, 4 and 5 composed of leaf metal materials and these panel members 3, 4 and 5 are mutually combined and bonded. Further, seal members are interposed between the bonding surfaces of panel members 3, 4 and 5 at the respective sections, and air tightness especially at the bottom surface section can be maintained.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the attaching and detaching of a cylinder to a kneading member constituting a mixer, to facilitate the cleaning of the inner mechanism of the apparatus and to automate the mounting of a kneading water spray nozzle to the mixer. CONSTITUTION:A mixer 11 composed of a kneading member 12 and a cylinder 13 combined with each other in a detachable manner is supported in a state clamped between a stationary supporting block 17 attached to the main body 1 of the apparatus and a mobile supporting block 20 placed opposite to the stationary supporting block through guide rails 19, 19. The mobile supporting block 20 is made to be freely movable in the opening and closing direction X along the axis by a swinging lever 22 to enable the removal of the kneading member 12 together with the cylinder 13. The tip end 30a of a kneading water spray nozzle 30 detachably placed close to the kneading water feeding port 15 of the cylinder 13 is interlocked with the motion of the mobile supporting block 20 in the opening and closing direction X by the swinging lever 22 to enable automatic insertion and extraction of the nozzle from the kneading water feeding port 15 of the cylinder 13.
