    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate rearranging work of a barrier by connecting an arm to a rotary shaft in a rotation driving mechanism and supporting a barrier rod so that the axis of the barrier rod crosses the axis of the rotary shaft. SOLUTION: A rotation driving mechanism 11 is arranged in the inside of a main body part 1, and an arm 2 is installed in a rotary shaft 111 in the rotation driving mechanism 11, while a barrier rod 3 is supported so that the axis 01 of the rotary shaft 111 crosses the axis 02 of the barrier rod 3. In this way, the arm 2 and the barrier rod 3 are laterally symmetric with respect to the axis 02, and rearranging work of a raising/lowering side between a right-hand one and a left-hand one requires rearrangement of the arm 2 alone, so that replacement of the barrier rod 3 to the opposite side is dispensable. On the other hand, a part equivalent to the height of multilevel crossing between the rotary shaft 111 and the barrier rod 3 is dispensed with, so that reduction in a size of the arm 2 and in its weight can be carried out. As a result, rearranging work of a barrier can be facilitated.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a failure generation frequency and enhance reliability by generating conductive state in the electrodes of a magnet core and an electromagnet core, depending on the existence of coil current. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 4 is turned off, excitation with a coil does not take place in a magnet core 3b and an electromagnet core 3c. Thus, a line of magnetic force is formed between the cores 3a and 3b. Magnetic particles 1c keep electrical continuity between electrodes 2a and 2b, according to the line of magnetic force, and continuity output is obtained from C and N terminals. When the switch 4 is turned on, excitation with the coil 5 takes place between the cores 3b and 3c, and the line of magnetic force existing between the cores 3b and 3c disappears. Instead, a new line of magnetic force is formed between the cores 3a and 3b. Then, the magnetic particles 1c keep electrical continuity between the electrodes 2a and 2b according to the new line of magnetic force, and continuity output is obtained from C and R terminals.

When the applicable train (ii) is in operation as exceeding the first pattern P1. control is conducted with the second pattern P2.

    • PURPOSE:To attain a high density operation and to shorten the time interval between trains by providing a returning path for a signal current along rails, providing a transmitter-receiver between the rail and the return so as to use it for data transmission/reception with trains. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter 1 has a function of generating a serial data for train control and of modulating the data into an FSK signal and is provided between one rail r2 and one end of a return (a). Moreover, a receiver 2 has a function of democulating a signal sent from a train to ground and is provided between the rail r2 and the other end of the return (a). A signal sent from trains T1, T2 on the rails to the receiver 2 flows through the rail r2 and the return (a) and is inputted to the receiver 2. Since a train position data is sent to the rail r2 through a transmission/reception antenna 3 based on the signal of a tachometer generator G from a preceding train T1, the position data of the preceding train T1 is fetched directly by the succeeding train T2 and the operation of plural trains is attained between a couple of transmitters-receivers.

    • PURPOSE:To realize the addition of a restarting function to a control system where the external information is inputted only at application of a power supply by deciding whether a CPU is reset with application of the power supply or a restarting action and performing an initial process without clearing the external information stored in a memory in case the CPU is reset with the restarting action. CONSTITUTION:An abnormality detecting circuit 20 detects the stop of working of both CPU 11 and 12 and outputs an abnormal detection signal to a restart circuit 19. The circuit 19 outputs a CPU reset signal to rereset the CPU 11 and 12 via an OR circuit 21 and at the same time subtracts the count value of a counter. The working states of the rereset CPU 11 and 12 are decided by the counter value of the circuit 19. In this case, the CPU 11 and 12 perform the initial processes without clearing the external information stored in the memories 13 and 14 as long as the restarting action of the circuit 19 is decided. Thus it is possible to add a restarting function to a system where the external information is inputted only at application of a power supply.

CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle 2 travels on a track 1 in the direction of arrow and an on-vehicle element 4 approaches an on-ground element 5, the on-vehicle information from an on-vehicle device 3 is received by the on-ground element 5. The on-ground element 5 is connected through relays 61-6n to a processor 7 for decoding the on-vehicle information. Then, the processor 7 is constituted from a code processing unit 71, vehicle position judging unit 72, polling sequence determining unit 73 and vehicle position table unit 74. Said unit 73 is constituted to functionally determine the polling sequence of relays 61-6n on the basis of signals given from said unit 72 when the information transmitted to the vehicle 2 is changed according to the sequence of subsequent approach of vehi cle.
