    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the realization of the high controllability of a temperature and a humidity in a room to be air conditioned efficiently with an inexpensive constitution by controlling the frequency of a compressor and the opening degree of a first choking mechanism. SOLUTION: The equal control range can be maintained by not necessarily regulating the opening degree of a second choking mechanism 6 but only controlling the opening degree regulation of a first choking mechanism 4 and the frequency of a compressor 1 under a condition that the opening degree of the second choking mechanism 6 is fixed, for example. In this case, a latent heat output can be controlled by the increasing or decreasing of the frequency of the compressor 1 and the sensitive heat output can be controlled by the opening or closing of the first choking mechanism 4 as shown by two pieces of arrow signs in a diagram. Accordingly, the sensitive heat output and most part of the latent heat output can be controlled independently by only two control objects or the opening degree of the first choking mechanism 4 and the frequency of the compressor 1 while fixing the opening degree of the second choking mechanism 6 as it is whereby the contents of control can be constituted more simply compared with the complicated conventional temperature and humidity controls, effected by the compressor, the first and second choking mechanisms and the indoor fan.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress electric power consumption using a combustible refrigerant in a freezing refrigerator and hence ensure system construction of the freezing refrigerator where safety is established and eliminate promotion of globe warming caused owing to greater electric power consumption. SOLUTION: A freezing refrigerator comprises a freezing cycle where there are coupled in order a compressor, a condenser, a throttle apparatus, and an evaporator through a refrigerant piping; freezing chamber temperature detection means; refrigerator chamber temperature detection means; air circulation control means for the refrigerator chamber; air circulation control means for a freezing chamber; air circulation control means for the refrigerator chamber; and air circulation means. The air circulation means is driven when the air circulation control means for the freezing chamber can carry air to the freezing chamber, or when the air circulation control means for the refrigerator chamber can carry air to the refrigerator chamber.
