    • PURPOSE:To improve a through-hole printing forming rate uniformly extending over the whole through-holes of a print by gradually forming the pin-holes of a current regulating plate, to which a plurality of the pin-holes are shaped in a matrix form, toward the printing finishing side from the printing starting side of the print in small size and inclining the current regulating plate in high height on the printing standing starting side of the print. CONSTITUTION:A suction block 19 for holding a print 1, a suction port 10 formed to the bottom of the suction block 19, a suction device 11 piped to the suction port 10, and a current regulating plate 20, to which a plurality of pin-holes 21 are shaped in a matrix form between the suction port 10 and the print 1 positioned and fixed onto the suction block 19, are provide. The flow rate of suction is increased regarding the low section of suction pressure on the printing starting side by making the pin-holes 21a on the printing starting side of the current regulating plate 20 larger than the pin-holes 21b on the printing finishing side and bringing the printing starting side of the current regulating plate 20 near to the print 1. Accordingly, a through-hole printing forming rate on the printing starting side can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To make a cream solder, a thick-film circuit paste, and others printable on a circuit board to be printed and others with high accuracy by a method wherein a material to be printed is pressed from upward and fixed with flanges of a plurality of fixed rollers and movable rollers, each of which can abut against the edge of the material to be printed and has the flange capable of pressing on the upper surface of the material to be printed. CONSTITUTION:A left fixed roller 30 is previously raised and pressed toward a right movable roller 31. In this state, a material to be printed 16 is fed until it abuts on the roller 30 and then brought to a stop. After that, the material to be printed 16 is loaded on a holding board 19 and lifted until the upper surface of the material 16 is disposed to be approximately flush with the upper surfaces of protective boards 17a, 17b. Thereafter, a rear movable roller 28 is pressed toward a front fixed roller 25 and, simultaneously, the roller 31 is raised to be pressed toward the roller 30, thereby the material to be printed 16 is positioned. After the positioning, the rollers 25, 28, 30, and 31 are lowered from upward of the material to be printed 16, and the material to be printed 16 is pressed by flanges 26a-26d thereof and simultaneously attracted and fixed to the holding board 19.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize a quiescent time necessary for a next preparatory plan by mounting a liftable table, a plurality of fixed means, a plurality of movable means which can come into pressure contact with the edge of a material to be printed, and disposing the fixed means and the movable means slidably approximately in the direction of feeding the material to be printed and approximately at right angles to said feed direction. CONSTITUTION:The title printing machine comprises a stage 39b which is usually disposed below a material to be printed 24 but, at the time of positioning the material to be printed 24, capable of lifting until the upper surface of the material to be printed 24 is disposed to be substantially flush with the upper surfaces of a fixed protective board 31 and a movable protective board 33, a fixed roller 71 which can move approximately in the feed direction and abut on the edge of the material to be printed 24 nearly at right angles to the feed direction, and a movable roller 72 which can move approximately the feed direction and come into pressure contact with the edge of the material to be printed 24 nearly at right angles to the fed direction. According to the change of the material to be printed 24 in outside dimension, the movable protective board 33 provided with a movable roller 45 is moved to the center, and the fixed roller 71 and the movable roller 72 can be moved in the feed direction. Therefore, at the time of the preparatory plan to follow, a quiescent time necessary for said plan is minimized without producing the fixed protective board 31 and the movable protective board 33 suitable for the outer dimension of the material to be printed 24 for the replacement.

    • PURPOSE:To enable accurate registering of a plate and a printing object without requiring proof printing by detecting a position of a first and second positioning marks which are provided to a printed board and a screen plate, respectively by a recognition camera. CONSTITUTION:A recognition camera 33 is moved onto a second positioning mark 32 provided to a screen plate 11 to detect the position. Then the recognition camera 33 is moved onto a first positioning mark 31 which is provided to a printed board 9 which is fixed on a stage 10 to detect the position. Position detection of marks 31, 32 is obtained by detecting a moving amount of an x-axis 36 and a y-axis 37 of a driving section 34 which moves the camera 33 from an origin. Since a stop position A and a horizontal moving position B of the stage 10 are stored in advance, driving command of misregistration amount of marks 31, 32 is issued to a pulse motor which is provided to position control section 18 and a screen print 11 is moved and positioned to register the marks 31, 32.

When matter-to-be printed 1 is fixed to the printing table 5 by adsorption, the matter to be printed pressing lever 14 is rotated from a position 14a indicated by an alternate long and short dash line, and presses an upper surface of the matter to be printed 1. After fixing by adsorption, the matter-to-be-printed pressing lever 14 is firstly returned to the position 14a and then, the printing table 5 is lifted to a position 5a.
