    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the fine tuning of the characteristic by using two dielectric substance line electrodes so as to clip a low dielectric constant sheet, penetrating a conducting material through the sheet and the line electrodes and adjusting the dielectric substance inserted to the notch provided to the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Earth electrodes 14a, 14b of dielectric bases 11a, 11b are placed at the outside and the line electrodes 15a, 15b are placed opposedly and a low dielectric constant resin 12 is clipped in between. Through holes 19b, 19c are provided to the dielectric bases 11a, 11b and the resin sheet 12 and the line electrodes 15a, 15b of the dielectric bases 11a, 11b are connected by a conductive material. The resin sheet 12 is provided with notches 20a, 20b-22a, 22b and the dielectric member is inserted. The characteristic is subjected to fine adjustment by adjusting the dielectric constant and the size of the inserted dielectric member. Thus, the change in the shape and size of the electrodes is not required and the fine adjustment to obtain a prescribed characteristic is facilitated.

CONSTITUTION:One major face of the 1st dielectric board 21 is formed with resonator electrodes 25, 26 and the earth electrode 27 is formed from the other major face of the 1st dielectric board 21 toward four side faces. On the other hand, electrodes 35, 36 are formed to a position corresponding to the resonator electrodes 25, 26 on the major face of a 2nd dielectric board 23 of the shield cover 24 and the shield electrode 37 is formed from the other major face toward the four side faces. Then the earth electrode 27 of the dielectric resonator main body 22 and the shield electrode 37 of the shield cover 24 are soldered by using solder 42. Thus, no electromagnetic field is leaked from the space formed by the earth electrode 27 and the shield electrode 37 externally. g.

    • PURPOSE:To easily vary filter characteristics by providing an internal metallic cover which covers resonance electrodes without contacting in the metallic case. CONSTITUTION:The internal metallic cover 19 is so arranged above the resonance electrodes 12 so as to cover the resonance electrodes 12 and then a resonance electrode field above the resonance electrodes varies as shown by an arrow. Namely, the coupling between the resonance electrodes 12 is reduced. This result from that an electric field which causes the coupling is drawn by the internal metallic cover 19, the effective dielectric constant decreases, and the resonance frequency increases slightly. A shift in resonance frequency to a high frequency side is very small and can be ignored. It is therefore considered that the coupling efficiency decreases merely. Consequently, the shape, size, and fixation position of the internal metallic cover 19 are varied to vary the area which covers the resonance electrodes 12, thereby constituting a filter with diverse characteristics.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a prescribed filter characteristic without tight manufacture accuracy by providing a conductor having elasticity capable of removal and moving between opposed resonance electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Other end of resonance electrodes 15a, 15b is opened, both dielectric bases 11a, 11b are opposed while placing the resonance electrodes 15a, 15b inside and a resin sheet 12 is clipped in-between. The resin sheet 12 is preferably to have elasticity and the shape is formed the same as that of the bases 11a, 11b. For example, a trapezoidal notch is formed at a position corresponding to the position of the resonance electrodes 15a, 15b at one side the same as the open side of the resonance electrodes 15a, 15b of the resin sheet 12, and an air gap 17 is formed between the resonance electrodes 15a, 15b. Thus, a prescribed filter characteristic is obtained without tight size of the base and electrodes by changing the size of conductors, fitting position and number of conductors to facilitate the improvement of the productivity.

CONSTITUTION:A ground electrode 2 is continuous with a guard electrode 3 formed on other main surface through one side surface of a dielectric substrate 1. From a guard electrode 3, plural resonance electrodes 41-44 constituted by a strip line are extended and formed. Parts 81-84 close to the open edge of respective resonance electrodes 41-44 are formed to a step type extended to both sides in the pulling-out direction and formed larger than other parts 91-94 of the resonance electrodes 41-44. Thus, the narrow band characteristic can be realized, the mutual distance between resonance electrodes and the length of respective resonance electrodes can be shortened and the whole shape of a filter can be miniaturized.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a filter by connecting an end of a resonance electrode to an earth electrode via a through hole provided to a dielectric base while being folded to the opposite face of the base so as to prolong substantially the length of the resonance electrode thereby lowering the resonance frequency. CONSTITUTION:The rear face of the dielectric base 1 is provided with a folded electrode 8 corresponding to each resonance electrode on the surface and connected to the earth electrode 9, and the end of each folded electrode 8 and the resonance electrode corresponding thereto is connected by an electrode 10 formed in the through hole 7. Since the length of the resonance electrode 6 is the length of itself L2 added by the length L3 of the folded electrode 8 and results in being longer substantially, the resonance frequency is lowered. Thus, the length L2 of the resonance electrode 6 is shortened far more than lambda/4 by adjusting the length L3 of the folded electrode 8. Thus, the entire filter is miniaturized easily.
