    • PURPOSE:To enable easy and sure connection of a plural number of synthetic resin molded layer by a method wherein indented fixing parts formed on an insert member are engaged with each of synthetic resin molded layers and thus the molded layers are connected by the insert member. CONSTITUTION:The position in a base body 1 into which a group of terminals is inserted is formed by doubly-formed layers 2 and 3, while each of terminal plates 6, 7, 8 and 17 pierces through the base body 1. In this case, the base body 1 is constituted first by inserting each of terminal plates 6, 7, 8 and 17 through the primary molded layer 2 by the method of simultaneous molding and then by forming the secondary molded layer 3 on the surface on the lower side of the primary molded layer 2 in such a manner that the secondary layer wraps the primary layer. On each of terminal plates 6, 7, 8 and 17 which are insert members, projected fixing parts 9 are formed on both sides of the position corresponding to each of molded layers 2 and 3, and, when the molded layers 2 and 3 are formed, the fixing parts 9 are engaged with the layers 2 and 3, thus the molded layers 2 and 3 being connected firmly through the intermediary of each of terminal plates 6, 7, 8 and 17.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and attain a stable open-circuit voltage property in operation for a long time, by protruding a portion of the tip of an armature and bringing the portion into contact with a coil frame so that a magnetic gap is defined between the armature and a core. CONSTITUTION:A core 1 is fitted with a coil frame 4 which is secured on an L- shaped yoke 2 and around which a coil 3 is provided. An armature 5 is attached to the yoke 2. The armature 5 is attracted on the core 1 by energizing the coil 3. The tip of the armature 5 is bent so that a protruded portion 6 is provided. When the armature 5 is attracted on the core 1, the protruded portion 6 comes into contact with the coil frame 4 so that a magnetic gap 7 is defined between the armature and the core. This results in reducing the number of parts and highly stabilizing an open-circuit voltage property despite continuous operation for a long time.
