    • PURPOSE:To raise the effect of discharging scale pieces by branching a feed water pipe right before reaching the feed water inlet of a boiler body and providing an independently provided blowdown pipe, blowdown valve provided at the end of this pipe, and water introducing opening which branches off laterally at the upper section of the blowdown pipe. CONSTITUTION:A blowdown valve 19 is automatically opened at the same time as stopping the use and concentrated water 7 in a boiler body 2 is briskly drained by the steam pressure. With stopping the burning of a burner 1 the boiler body 2 is rapidly cooled and contracts. By the difference of thermal expansion coefficients of the boiler body 2and scale the scale is peeled off to become scale pieces 20, and they are piled at the lower section of the boiler body 2. A blowdown port 17 branches a feed water pipe 10 right before a feed water port 5 of the boiler body 2, and since it is constituted downwards, the blowdown valve 19 is opened at the same time as the stopping of a steam generating device and the scale pieces that are piled are discharged by the steam pressure with the concentrated water 7 in the boiler body efficiently. Further, because the feed water pipe 10 and blowdown pipe 18 are independent, the scale pieces 20 will never clog the feed water pipe 10. And, at the upper section of the blowdown pipe 18 a water introducing port 11 is branched laterally so that the scale pieces will never clog a hose 12.

    • PURPOSE:To allow compactness and enable easy and sure scale adhering prevention treatment by a method wherein the feed water pump is controlled, the water of an open type feed water tank is fed in a steam generator, and a drain valve which is provided with a ball valve is opened at the time of stopping operation, and a feed water pump is operated. CONSTITUTION:When a feed water pump 9 is driven, the water stored in an open type feed water tank 10 is fed in a steam generator 2 and water level is detected by a water level sensor 6, the operation of the pump 9 is stopped. When steam is produced and reduction of water is detected by a water level sensor 7, since pressurized feed water is performed while the pump 9 is driven and water resupplied, the water levels of the feed water tank 10 and steam generator 2 may be approximately equal and they can be housed compactly without applying steam pressure in the feed water tank 10. Further, a drain valve 12 which is used as a ball valve is opened by an operation stop signal, water (hot water) and scale pieces 25 peeled off and fall are drained in one stroke, the pump 9 is driven, water stored in the open type tank 2 is simultaneously drained, and scale pieces 25 and scale containing concentrated boiling water are washed off.

    • PURPOSE:To protect a drain mouth from being clogged by adhesion of scales by providing in combination a feed water mouth and an outlet mouth to a drain valve. CONSTITUTION:Water is passed through a feed water pipe 8 as shown by full line arrow marks so that the water level in a tank 2 is held within a range of the positions of an upper water level sensor 6 and a lower water level sensor 7, and water is resupplied through a feed water mouth 4. Since the water 12 in the tank 2 is always boiling, scale components are precipitated and concentrated and adheres to the inner wall of the tank 2. But the operation of a steam generator is stopped, at the same time a drain valve 9 set at the upstream of the feed water mouth 4 is opened, the water 12 concentrated in the tank 2 as shown by dotted line arrow marks is drained and scales 14 adhering to the inner wall of the tank 2 are decreased. Further, when water 12 in the feed water mouth 4 combined with a drain mouth, is evaporated to decrease, scale components are not precipitated because water is low temperature is always resupplied. Therefore, clogging is not caused.

    • PURPOSE:To make possible interlocked actions without requiring any special wiring so as to improve the safety by transmitting the operation command signal for a ventilation device that is interlocked to and generated by the ignition action of a burning appliance exposed in a room by applying and superposing it on a household power line along with an appliance identification code signal. CONSTITUTION:Upon throwing-in an ignition switch 3, an igniter 203 and an operation command signal generating circuit 205 are activated, and a signal transmission circuit 204 applies and superposes the operation command signal and appliance identification code signal to the household power line via an insulated transformer 208. When a ventilating device is activated and a signal is sent back from a ventilation control transceiver, an identification code determining circuit 210, upon receiving the signal by a receiving circuit 209, compares and determines the appliance identification code signal. When the identification matches, a ventilation confirmation signal is taken in, and, after confirming the ventilation by a ventilation confirming and determining circuit 211, a solenoid valve actuating circuit 212 is activated to open a fuel supply solenoid valve 213 to allow a burner 214 to be ignited by the igniter 203 for a continued burning. The ventilation control 5 is also built in a ventilation fan and is connected to the power line via a power outlet.
