    • PURPOSE:To perform dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification with high performance for a long period by constituting a device so that waste gas contg. soot and dust, SOx and NOx may be introduced into a two-stage centrifugal fluidized bed to perform the dust removal by a dispersing plate, the desulfurization in a 1st stage fluidized bed and the denitrification in a 2nd stage fluidized bed. CONSTITUTION:An inside dispersing plate 17 consisting of a perforated cylinder is installed inside the dispersing plate 16 of a reactor 14. Desulfurizing fluidization particles 44 are filled into inside the outside dispersing plate 16 and simultaneously denitrifying fluidization particles 46 are filled into inside the inside dispersing plate 17. The soot and dust having coarse particles in waste gas are stuck to the outer surface of the outside dispersing plate 16 ant the deposited soot and dust are flied by centrifugal force to be retained in a soot and dust receiver provided on the lower part of a casing 12. The SOx in waste gas is removed by an outside desulfurizing fluidizd bed 40 and the NOx is removed by an inside denitrifying fluidized bed 42. The soot and dust of small particle diameter is removed by the desulfurizing fluidized bed 40 and the denitrifying fluidized bed 42. Consequently since gas throughput is made large, the whole equipment is miniaturized. Also waste gas is treated with high performance for a long period without inactivating the nitrifying catalyst by SOx.

    • PURPOSE:To inexpensively control accuracy of particle size and to improve simplification of granulating operation by granulating raw material powder by facilities consisting of two furnaces of a granulating furnace of seed nucleus formation and a granulating furnace for adhesion and granulation. CONSTITUTION:Cement raw material powder is collected by a cyclone C2, etc., and thrown through a sealing valve 4 and an electrically-driven distributing valve 5 to a powder granulating device A. Then, part of the raw material powder distributed by the valve 5 is sent from a chute 6 to a seed nucleus forming furnace 7 for granulation of jet flow type and the rest is fed from a chute 8 to a granulating furnace 9 for adhesion and granulation. Then the raw material powder thrown to the furnace 7 is heated by a burner 10 to form seed nuclei (fine particles), the prepared fine particles are sent through an airtight discharging device 11 to the furnace 9, the cement raw material powder to which a fluidized medium (BM) is stuck is bonded to the fine particles and enlarged to give granules having desired particle diameters of 2-3mm. Then the prepared granules are fed through an L valve 13 to a burning furnace 14 and burnt to give cement clinker.
