    • PURPOSE:To keep the gas pressure in a hose low and make it possible to apply a gas fuel hose of a small diameter to a gas burner by providing a blower for sucking a gas fuel in the pipe passage which connects the connecting section of the gas fuel supply hose and the pipeline to which the gas burner is connected. CONSTITUTION:A pipeline 6 which is provided with a blower 5 for supplying the outdoor air as the combustion air is connected to a gas burner 2, and a pipeline 7 from the connecting section 15 of a gas fuel supply hose 14 and an indoor air suction passage 8 are connected on the suction side of the blower 5, and the gas fuel is completely burned in the combustion section 3, and at the same time a mixture gas of the combustion exhaust gas and surplus air is formed. Namely the gas fuel supply hose 14 is subject to a suction pressure by the blower 5. With this arrangement the gas fuel supply pressure is nearly the same as in the case in which only the gas fuel supply pressure works and still a sufficient quantity of the gas fuel is supplied even if the pressure loss per unit length of the hose is made larger so that it is possible to make the diameter of the gas fuel supply hose 14 small and an unexpected case of extinguishing fire or leaking the gas by stepping on the hose is prevented.

CONSTITUTION:A gas fuel supply passage 2 and a combustion air supply passage 3 are connected to a gas burner body 1 and a member 5 for forming a combustion surface 4 is attached to the gas burner body 1. The combustion surface formation member 5 spirally is wound in a condition to superpose a corrugator 5a composed of band metal thin plates formed in the form of a wave plate and a smooth plate 5b composed of the band metal thin plate, and many small jet outlets 6 of air-fuel mixture are formed between the corrugator 5a and the smooth plate 5b. In other words, the air-fuel mixture is distributed in the small jet outlets 6 from the burner body 1, and the mixture from the small jet outlets 6 is surface-burned on the combustion surface 4.

    • PURPOSE:To sufficiently shorten bread baking time by forming an internal surface with an extreme infrared radiation radiating material equipped with a high-temperature oxide film on the surface of Fe-Cr-Mo stainless steel including specific quantity of Cr, Mo, Mn, and Si. CONSTITUTION:The composition of the stainless steel is adjusted so that it can include 20-35% Cr by weight, 0.5-5% Mo, or above is provided for the surface of the stainless steel, and extreme infrared radiations are radiated from the surface by heating the stainless steel. Consequently, when the oven for the title domestic bread baking appliance is formed with the above-mentioned stainless steel having the high-temperature oxide film, and the surface having the high-temperature oxide film is made into an oven internal surface 4, since the extreme infrared radiations can be efficiently radiated from the oven and efficiently made incident to dough according to the contact between the dough and the oven, time necessary for fermenting the dough can be sufficiently shortened, and trouble caused by peeling can be eliminated.
