    • PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent cut edge by cutting a parison by a cutter device when centrifugal force in the longitudinal direction is generated in the parison at an initial stage when a mold holding the parison is moved in an arcuate shape so as to be separated from a crosshead. CONSTITUTION:A parison 54 extruded into a mold 28 through the die slit 10a of a crosshead 10 from an extruder is held into the mold 28 in a mold closing process, and the bottom of the parison 54 is joined. A rotating arm 38 unified with a shaft member 40 begins to be rotated by driving the motor 46 of a crank device 48, and the mold 28 is moved toward the position of molding (the position of a solid line) along arcuate loci shown by the arrows from the position of receiption of the parison (the position of a chain line) while using pins 20, 24 as a fulcra through arm an arm member 34, a pin 32 and a mounting member 30. However, the cutting edge of a cutter device 12 is operated during a time when the parison 54 is centrifugalized approximately in the vertical direction at the initial stage of movement at that time, and the parison 54 is cut, thus acquiring an excellent cut edge.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a mold clamping device becomes complicated in structure because a locking bar is divided into two parts and becomes markedly complicated because a cylinder device must be supported in a freely slidable manner by a cylinder support and, accordingly, a hydraulic cylinder device must be used to be always driven in order to keep a predetermined mold closing force and, as a result, energy consumption and noise accompanied by driving are increased and, when an oil leak is generated from the cylinder device and piping, not only a molded article but also environment are polluted by oil and oil mist. SOLUTION: The hook 2 attached to one mold attaching plates 70, 72, the clamps 3, 4 attached to other mold attaching plates 72, 70 and the driver 5 fixedly provided to either one of the other mold attaching plates 72, 70 and a rear plate 71 are provided and clamp on-off mechanisms (33, 34, 3a, 4a) are operated by the driver 5 to open and close the clamps 3, 4 to perform the locking, grasping and release of the hook 2 by the clamps 3, 4.
